PT Cruiser 2007

I have owned this vehicle since 2008, and have loved it. It has been very reliable and provided me with very good service for 14 years. I use to belong to a PT Cruiser Club in CO, and we did alot of cruising together with other cruiser, and was so much fun.

Love at first sight was a lasting love!

I love this car. Sadly, with over 150,000 miles on it, my little Cruiser is about to be retired. She’s finally worn out. Makes me sick that I can’t simply upgrade to a newer model. I’ve hauled a ton of stuff with my animal rescue work, traveled long distances back to Wisconsin, plowed throw snow and rain to get there and back, and enjoyed every minute of the drives. Hit a few wrinkles when she was newish, but she’s been pretty much totally reliable for the past 10+ years. Her WWII-era look is still awesome!

Pre-Owned PT Cruiser Purchase

This PT Cruiser purchased from Dick's Country has been a lot of fun to drive around. We are used to driving bigger vehicles. I thank our Sales Rep Randy May for all his attention with this purchase. It is our second vehicle purchased at Dick's Country. We only had issues getting the windshield replaced and some other mechanical features.

Everything it should be expected for performance.

My 2007 is as dependable and user friendly as is expected in this type of vehicle. For its size it is spunky, quick responding, except maybe turn radius, but performs very well for the need we have for it! It's roomy inside, for its size. Acceleration is very good. Styling is as good as it should be. Gas consumption is very good for mostly city miles. Suspension needs some improvement as it is hard riding but that's to be expected for the short wheelbase it has.

It would have been 5-stars, but my PT is better than yours

It's unfortunate that Fiat purchased Chrysler and the first thing they did was discontinue the PT Cruiser because it competed with the Fiat 500. The PT was an instant classic with a retro design that would never go out of style. I have a 2006, so it was more power and better styling than the earlier models. But it does have it's issues because it is a Chrysler after all. TOO MUCH POWER for its size means POWER GAS MILEAGE for its size. CLUNKY TRANSMISSION. WEIRD SIGHT-LINES (have you ever noticed that every PT you see has fender damage). GREAT CARGO SPACE, especially when you take the seats out. All that said, to OWN a PT is to LOVE a PT. But naming it is a must. Yours is PETEY. Obvious, I know.

This vehicle is just right for me!

I love my PT, it is the perfect size and performance that I need. It looks cool, maintenance has been minable for me. The 241 fwy is a little challenging.It's a high grade,it can be done,however it is slow and can make some drivers mad.

Nice choice for my daughter's first car

My daughter just bought a 2007 convertible PT Cruiser as her first car. It's a unique vehicle with a lot of little amenities. Love the gear shifter, and the feature to raise or lower all 4 windows together. Overall the car was well maintained and in great shape. Hoping it will run well for many years. Overall, it is a sweet car and am very pleased with it so far.

Solid

The car runs fine but the compressor went out a year after it was fixed. It drives smooth and the repairs are pretty cheap. Not happy the compressor was just repaired last year, but now the air conditioner is not working!!!

I love my Pt Cruiser 07, but...

Great little suv, but my PCM and TIPM went bad at less than 80,000 miles! We’re talking 1,600 repair on the cheap side! I was able to get a rebuilt and programmed PCM at All Computer resources for abou $ 200. Also my air conditioning has leaks and it was already service less than a year ago. Too many computers are a drag! Very few mechanics deal with this problem and much less Chrysler old models. I was able to find AG automotive in Witnetka, Ca and they saved the day!

PT Cursier

This car has been the best Car I have ever owned. When I decide to get a newer car I plan to keep my PT Cursier for a 2nd car. It drives very well and I enjoy driving it. Has had some problems but that is to be expected it is going on 12 Years old

Pt Cruiser 07- very cute but has problems!

My orange Pt Cruiser 07 has about 86,600 miles and this year was the year of repairs!! Computer, Tipm, air conditioner, spark plugs, fuel leak! About $ 2,000 in repairs. Luckily I got my computer on line, rebuilt for only 200.00 and I saved a bundle!( $1,300.00 dealer price!!)
