Great vehicle

Best bang for the buck in this class with all the features that come standard on this vehicle. BMW, Audi, Infiniti would all charge 10K extra for the lane assist, auto cruise, advanced breaking features that are standard. Great styling and performance.

Genesis G80 all wheel drive

This was an excellent follow up to the 2016 Santa Fe and 2013 Genesis that I have had. The standard 2013 had some features that my G80 doesn't have but there was only level of Genesis then. It is still an excellent vehicle that is especially comfortable for long trips. When set in economy delivers between 27.6 and 28.2 miles per gallion with A/C on and driving 60 to 70 miles per hour. Could use 2 more cup holders up front, perhaps in the doors like nthe Santa Fe.

G80

This is the second G80 I have leased, on both vehicles the one door handle has broken, and on both vehicles the lower body paint has chipped off. The paint appears to be too thin and fragile. On both vehicles the glass roof has rattled on bumpy roads.

G80 Ultimate V8

I would love to rate this vehicle 5 star but I can't with the issues I have with the Panoramic Roof noises. The Genesis Warranty fix was unacceptable for not compensating me for the devaluation of the vehicle if I authorized this repair that may or may not fix the issue.

4th Genesis

This car is second to none. I have the G80-option 3, I have all the bells and whistle. Pleasantly surprised with the V6 and I had the 4.6 and Rspec. I thought I would lose power but she gets and go. The ride is smooth and quite. If you are looking for a luxury vehicle without braking the bank this is your Car. I'm a big Man the head room is very good and the seat are very comfortable. My daily commute is 3 in Houston Traffic and my G80 makes it so nice. Never thought I would use those seat warmers but a nice feature to have

best looking car

This is a sharp looking car that doesn't look like the rest of the pack. I have had people roll their window down at stoplights to ask me what kind of car it is. It is extremely comfortable. I really appreciate all the safety features (lane change warning, speed limit hologram in the windshield, etc.)

Genesis - dream ride

I have owned many different makes and models of cars over the years and have driven countless models and classes of vehicles due to extensive travel for work and renting cars. We finally made a decision to look into more luxury models in 2015 and I had my mind made up that I wanted a Buick, having driven one for a number of years. For comparison, we decided to test drive Kia, Genesis, and Buick. We never made it to the Buick dealer. We were blown away by the value, style, ride, handling, outstanding customer service and the many included features of the Genesis G80. We loved our first Genesis G80! Unfortunately in 2018 we were involved in an auto accident that totalled our car. The crash occurred on my side, but the safety features protected me from more serious injuries; a couple of bruised ribs was the extent of it. My husband who was driving was uninjured. The Blue link agent contacted us seconds after the impact and called the police and rescue for us. I am a Genesis fan for life, as well as a huge proponent of Blue Link. We replaced that Genesis with a new one and are very happy owners.

Worst experience ever! I never had this many issues with my other luxury vehicles. Genesis can’t compare with BMW or Mercedes Benz! Now I know why you don’t see many genesis g80 on the road. I’m glad I got rid of it before it broke down again. Thank you

Love My Genesis

My G80 has been the most fun car I’ve had thus far. It’s such a “sleeper”. Even though it’s beautiful, you would never know by looking at it that it has so much power. It also has ALL of the bells and whistles that other luxury cars offer at a fraction of the cost. I will definitely consider purchasing another Genesis.

The car is worth every Dollar great car but I am having issues with my brakes please need help, I took car to two different dealerships and they could not find issues with car, I told them they need to check out ABS system or the master cylinder or brake boost system.

Genesis G80

I bought my car as a demo model with 7600 miles. The only key feature lacking for me was a sunroof. I did extensive research on cars in the class, and the value of the Genesis is incredible by comparison. I have only driven 14k miles in 2 years, and the car still looks and runs brand new. I will most likely purchase another G80 down the road, and I'm looking into the new GV80 SUV for my wife this year or next. You can't go wrong with this car.

Very quiet, excellent value, drives well, really like the styling. Dealership experience was excellent. Really have enjoyed the concierge service. Have moved to an area where the nearest dealership is over 100 miles away so I no longer have this service. I took it to the Hyundai dealership in St George, Utah. Took longer and they don’t have the ability to wash the car on site. Miss the really good service!

G80 is amazing

I love my 2018 G80. It is so reliable. I love the look, the way it drives, and the comfort. I will forever stay with Genesis as long as I'm still here. This is one of the best experience I've ever had then with any other cars I've ever driven. Genesis is the best and I have and I will always recommend Genesis to my family and friends.

Don’t buy one

The car will not fit in my garage because it is too long. I have already had three items that needed to be replaced or repaired, and my car is only three years old. Siri is of no help when I need it—the voice recognition is subpar. All parts are proprietary, so Hyundai can charge whatever they wish for needed repairs—a HUGE drawback.

Perfect vehicle

This vehicle met all my needs and wants. It has the power I like and the look that is amazing. It offers all the bells and whistles I have wanted and it was not where you had to pay a huge up charge to get what you wanted. The G70 was smaller than I wanted and the G90 was too larger, but the twin turbo G80 sport was the perfect fit!

Beautiful vehicle , BUT -

I leased my 2018 Genesis G80 Sport Mar. 2018 and 2 1/2 years later with 7800 miles on the odometer my battery went dead. Vehicle towed in for battery replacement and it was discovered that there was a bad valve tick coming from the engine. To make a long story short my vehicle was sitting in the shop for FOUR months from June to Oct 2020 before Genesis approved an engine replacement. The vehicle is OK now, just in time to return it off lease in Feb. 2021. Still debating if I will stay with this brand. One good thing Genesis reimbursed me for 4 payments I made while vehicle was in the shop.

Great Car! Love it.

Wonderful car, plenty of power and very refined. Great style and great attention to detail. High value for the $$ not sure why it is not more popular. The G80 is a perfect size for all occasions in that it seats 4 very comfortably with plenty of trunk room but still is easy to park not demanding the space required by full size cars with less interior space.

Love my V8

After visiting 10 dealerships I decided on a Genesis G80. I kbew I wanted a 5 liter and white in color. One dealer in Riverside Ca. Had me come back 3 times promising a test drive in a 5 liter but never had on at the appointment time but always pushed the smaller engine. I went to Temecula California and stood in the parking lot for 30 minutes before someone approached me. He asked me if I was aware that the car I was looking for was 60K . I left then and wondered if I would ever find my car. So......I went online and called Palm Springs Genesis. The salesmen said he had the car I was looking for and I made an appointment to see it the next day. I test drove, received an appraisal and wrote a check in full for my new Genesis. I I’ve my car!
