2019 Genesis G80

This is my second Genesis. The primary problem is the lack of services or approach to an individual accustomed to concierge level services. I consider myself the type of buyer that Genesis would be marketing to. The cars I've owned have been of the Jaguar, Mercedes and Lexus type. My expectations are not excessive or likely unusual, it's just that we want to feel that we are being taken care of.

Incredible quality and performance

Exceeded all expectations when it comes to comfort, quality and performance. I purchased the vehicle new after checking out many other luxury and high performance brands. The amount of features, performance and quality we get for the price is incredible.

My G80 is an incredible vehicle, cost benefit to quality is exceptional. Great car for the money, rivals the expensive vehicles that attempt to set the bar. The Genesis G80 knocks it out of the park!

Super nice car, quality ride and materials are second to none. Performance is rock solid and has great response, excellent braking, steering and handling characteristics. Interior is super comfortable and has really cool seat materials, seats are equipped with cooling and heat capability. Car is perfect!

THIS IS MY SECOND GENISIS, THE FIRST LASTED 135000 MILES AND 6 YEARS. HOPEFULL THIS ONE WILL DO AS WELL. FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THESE VEHICLES COST THEY SHOULD BE FAIRLY MAINENTANCE FREE OTHER THAN ROUTINE OIL CHANGES AND TIRE ROTATIONS. LETS HOPE THIS ONE WILL DO AS WELL.

I already said it all

Have driven 3 Genesis vehicles. Loved every one. Wouldn't drive anything else, cant understand why anyone else does as the vehicle quality and warranty are unmatched. Will be 8o years old in September, and really don't have the stamina or desire to write any more.

Rides well, good safety features

Rides well, handles well, good safety features. Overall car is too low to ground which makes forward parking in lots with concrete wheel stop blocks problematic. I have had undercarriage issues requiring repairs. Also navigation system is not good compared to Waze or Google Maps. Android Auto hard to use

Concerned areas that needs attention to fully qualify this vehicle as a top notched competitor

There needs to be a more concerned effort placed on the buyer's concerns for this particular vehicle. Also, the development for a more concerted effort for comfortability and quietness. A very fine vehicle which seems to lack attention in some very concerned areas.

Love my car

Everything about this car is great.I love driving this car it drives so good.It has everything you want in a car it has all the extras. The only problem I have found is getting service but other than that I would highly recommend this car.I had this car for a year.

Love my G80!

I have driven my G80 for almost two years and I love my car! So comfortable, excellent handling, sexy car. I can say it is my most favorite car I’ve ever owned! Love the interior and exterior design. I feel so safe and comfortable while driving my G80!

I love my my genesis g80. It drives extremely well and is fast. I think the body design is gorgeous and looks fierce. The beauty continues into the inside and I love the built in sun-shades. The different driving modes are very cool as well. I love the rims, but they scratch easy.

My Genesis G 80

My Genesis is a dream car to drive. It’s very comfortable and I love the stability it has, especially how it handles the curves. I have a V8, so it is quite powerful and I am happy with the gas mileage, as well. It’s definitely fun to drive. It has the comfort features one would expect.

Probably the best car I've ever had.

I've enjoyed this car a lot. Probably the best car I've owned. I'm leasing it right now. It's going to be a hard to choice on moving on to the next lease or to keep it. My G80 is awesome. Looking forward to checking out the 2022 G80,GV80 and hopefully the GV70 or if you come out with a new Genesis Coupe that would be nice.

Excellent auto.

Beautiful car. Starting with the build, it's tight, everything fits right, the white pearl paint is beautiful with no flaws. I love the light beige interior. The a/c is powerful and Texas heat is concurred. This is my 2nd Genesis and will likely buy another Genesis.

Genesis is great car.

Genesis is a great car. This is my 2nd new purchase of a Genesis or Hyundai Genesis from this dealership. We enjoy the Genesis G80 and most likely will purchase another Genesis. I would like some improvement in door opening ingress, egress. It's not easy for older folks. The front view is blocked by the roof posts. Hard to spot other cars to the right and left. The drivers seat moves side to side more than I would expect. When I turn a corner, the seat slides sideways right or left. It feels like 1/8 or 1/4 inch. The seat is comfortable but that looseness is distracting.

OVERALL REVIEW 2019 Genesis G80

Was a bit disappointed in this model, as the 2016 version was better made and got more for the dollar. Wind noise was another problem Window moldings were a very cheap material. Was not treated very well at the dealership, and I do not plan to visit the dealership IF I decide to visit Genesis again for my next lease/purchase!

I love my Genesis!

My 2019 G80 is a great vehicle. I have never driven a car that drives as well as it looks. I have had people ask about the car. One guy told me that he considered a Lexus but had decided on the Genesis after talking to me. While you can always “improve” something, I say “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”
