Comfortable and Roomy
I generally love the car. I really like the style inside and out. I opted for the light gray htex material which I think gives the inside of the cabin a really expansive and airy feel. Build quality has been very good and I haven't had any issues with rattles, misaligned body panels, or trim pieces coming loose. As a daily driver, the car is exceptional. Road trips are pretty easy as well thanks to the excellent charging curve and thermal management of the battery pack. Also, the charging station situation is significantly better than it was 3 years ago for those on the fence. The only folks that will do better at a charging station have generally spent 100K or more on their vehicles.Efficieny is generally in line with many crossover or SUV EVs. It is not up to the level of the Model Y in terms of efficiency, but part of that is a result of the aesthetics of the car which is a big selling point for me. The things that keeps it from being a five star experience are the base stereo and software issues. The audio quality is middling at best. I used to drive a base Bolt EV and the audio in that car was better. As for the software, I have no real issues with the layout or responsiveness of the system, but there are a couple of key weaknesses related to EV functionality. The first is that the route planning with charging stops is not great. You will find yourself defaulting to phone apps like "a better route planner". The leads into another issue in that battery preconditioning is tied to the native navigation app. So you are stuck using an inferior route planner, if you want to have optimal charging. Note this is really only issue for trips during cold weather, but if you live in a cold climate, you certainly have to be aware of this weakness.
