Purchased new - delivered dirty and broken

Noticed back panel was not attached on left side. Took it in and was told I would need to pay $2500 to fix and this clearly happened when I got the car washed except the car was filthy and I never got it washed. Very poor customer service. Disappointing when you spend so much money on a new car.

Tesla owners: IONIQ 5 is even better! Buy this instead. You'll love it

I love my Limited RWD IONIQ 5. It's well-designed, well-manufactured, has great range, is aesthetically pleasing, and its extra features (head-up display, surround view, glass roof) are worth extra $.
