Great First EV - Punches above it's class

We've had nothing but a great experience with our Kona Electric. Opted for the limited trim with a longer range and additional accessories. Charge time would be our only issue, but even then, doesn't take too much planning to get around that. Ride comfort, ease of use, updates, visibility, features, electronics, and space are all amazing. Coming from nissan and Ford, we'll be buying more hyundai EVs for years to come.

My Favorite Car

I love owning an electric car. I no longer have to go to the gas station. I can plug it in at home. It has great visibility and I’m totally comfortable in it.

Great Car

Great size and design. We use it to run around locally and charge in our garage each night. Fun to drive using the one pedal feature. Handles well. Great responsiveness. We get more range than advertised in the summer. Less in the winter.

Love This Car!

Clean, smooth, responsive and powerful! My first electric car and I am loving the way it runs as well as its reliability. No issues with any of the features or charging. I have the limited edition and the 360 degree overhead camera is a lifesaver when parking and reversing. Very happy with my purchase!

2024 Kona

Fob is too big!! There is no back up way to run the car but the fob!! GPS is troubled by inaccuracies. We now use Google maps for navigation. Messages on dash are too brief and small when driving, One needs to pay attention to the road and traffic.

This is one of the best cars I have ever driven! It was a great lease car but isn’t something worth having long term. It’s too small for needs and is lacking the technology of Tesla.

Great Kona Electric

This car is perfect for my use - mostly local driving with some interstate. Cameras, safety features, and visibility make it comfortable and safe to drive, and rapid acceleration and smooth driving make driving a treat. Smaller size than many vehicles makes it easy to maneuver and park. The adjustable driver seat adapts easily to my height as well as that of my taller husband.
