Disappointing

I’ve only had my Palisade for 13 days since I purchased it 45 days ago. Issues with wiring harnesses is preventing me from operating it.

Very nice and comfortable vehicle.

Vehicle looks very nice and provides hi tech features. I do have some minors problems or suggestions. 1) I have a noisy seat that I could not yet solve. I'm waiting for the service at the dealer. 2) The manual shows a configuration to have seat ventilation ON depending on climate setting, but it is not available in the vehicle. 3) When using Apple Car Play, there is no direct access to the map. Me previous vehicle, the MAP button would take you to the vehicle navigation system or Car Play map depending if car play is connected or not. In my Palisade it will always take you to the vehicle's navigation. I suggest to make it dependent on car play connectivity or allow a shortcut for the customizable buttons.

Best decision

Coming from a ‘24 Wrangler I’m so impressed by the amount of room just in the front alone. I may not “need” a 3rd row but it’s come in handy a time or 2. The 2nd and 3rd are comfortable enough for adults and growing kids. It’s perfect.

Confusing and unreliable settings

Spacious, comfortable, looks good. But the system for indicado settings has been unreliable. Twice the Drivers Assist has activated without warning and engaged the speed limit restrictor. Very dangerous.

Regret my purchase

I am regretting the purchase of a new 2026 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy. I started having small issues on day 4. It has less than 2400 miles and have had it less than 3 months and it is in the shop. The entire dashboard goes out for extended periods of time while driving. That means you have no idea how fast you are going. This is our only family vehicle and I feel that it is unsafe/unreliable. This is the first time I have ever bought a brand new vehicle and I am so disappointed and have a lot of regret, because now I don't want to keep it but if I tried to sell it I would be out of a lot of money. Below it asks for a picture of your vehicle but I can't provide that because its in the shop.

Great vehicle, Great Options could use some tweaks

My wife loves her Palisade because of the warranty, value and the amount of options you get. There’s only two things we don’t like about the car. One being fuel mileage. I think the car needs to have a turbo option. Second being the center console is too small because of the second row storage and the UV disinfectant. The UV disinfectant will be an unused option.

Not for Short people :-(

No memory seat settings (Driver 1 D2); No auto side mirrors (inconvenient for garage parking), The center console needs a re-design, sticks out way too far, cannot get to anything underneath it; The driver's seat is too long, I'm 5'1" and have to move the seat way up to reach the pedals (it should have pedals that can be auto extended, like my 2003 Chev Tahoe has). On a positive note: We love the performance and how quiet it is. We bought it two weeks before a long trip (so maybe rushed into the purchase); The trip was 20 days, 5,411 miles, averaged 22mpg.
