This is an excellent vehicle, but the brakes are soft and then grab. The dealership could not locate the problem even though the vehicle had spent the night in the shop. I made two attempts to correct the malfunctioning brake system with no positive result. I consider this to be a malfunctioning feature that presents a safety problemm.

Almost great but shows Hyundai flaws.

I want to keep any and all emotion out of this review as much as possible but suffice to say that Hyundai is lowering its quality control of its products and the vehicle shows some of these items even with low mileage. #1 item? Tires! Hyundai uses the cheapest 60,000 mile tires that lasted only 18,000 miles despite freeway driving. Issue?

It is a nice vehicle that use a few improvements. The interior is comfortable and convenient. The touchscreen takes several touches to change radio station and the underneath console is inconvenient.

I love my Sante Fe Hybrid! It is loaded with smart, safety features and the Hybrid option makes it very fuel efficient. It is an enjoyable and comfortable vehicle to drive. The price was comparable to other vehicles.

beautiful interior with great leather seats and panoramic roof, hybrid gets excellent mpg on regular gas with plenty of power to get into and keep up with traffic, exterior paint is high quality and the whole design looks great

Great ride, comfort and features, but Memory Seats and Alerts ruin the experience

I was really excited to get this car and it's a beautiful, very comfortable car that has a very nice ride. It would have been a 5 star vehicle, except for two aspects that ruin it every single day. Item 1 - it alerts with a very loud and very long beep to speed cameras, where there are no speed cameras. Unfortunately for me this happens every day as it thinks there are cameras right outside my neighborhood. I have tried to get this fixed, through Hyundai without success. An even bigger problem is the seats simply do not remember their position and even move on their own while I have it in drive sometimes. That's dangerous as it moves backwards and I am too short to reach the pedals that it moves to. I have alerted Hyundai to this as well, with no response. My husband is a lot taller than me and he is so fed up with trying to get into the car with the seat at my setting. It simply does not remember his seat setting or mirrors, even when we have tried over and over to program them into the 2 door buttons We have tried for over a year to get this to work without success. I also can't believe they don't tie the key fob to the seat settings, my folks are driving a 9 year old mini van that has that feature. We've never had so much trouble getting our seats and mirrors set when we drive. The final issue it's the only car we've ever had that puts the parking break on automatically. This is a huge pain as our mailbox is at the end of a long driveway so when we stop and get out to quickly to pull our mail out, the car has set the parking break on us.

Great Car, Great Value

Very Quiet with plenty of power for me. I bought this when I had a 45 min drive to work everyday. With the ease of hooking up my phone and the Smart Cruise, Lane Assist it makes the crowded highway in-between home and work very very tolerable. I can put on a book thru the Libby app. Take phone calls, email and text all while driving, and in a very comfortable car.

Good

The price is high, but overall not a bad car If they can prevent it from being stolen so easily. Safety features are very good. I would have liked more front seat room on the driver's side. Gas mileage is very good.

Happy we bought this vehical.

This Santa Fe is similar to our 2010 Santa Fe but love the improvements. Being a Hi Bred is a major advantage. Much more of a comfort car. Disappointed in towing capacity and limited options for adding tow capacity.

Wonderful mid sized suv

Love this Santa Fe Hybrid. Pleasure to drive. Comfortable seating. Great storage space in the rear. Have received many compliments on the inside look and the looks and comfort of the inside. Great SUV. Try one you will be hooked.

Overall great car but bad tires. Needs better system in case of flat tires. Had to call family or roadside assistance to fix flats. Car was not equipped with anything to fix a flat. Shame on dealership

My hyundai

I bought 2 hyundais within a few months the first we were treated rather poorly and bought it anyway there was a shortage of vehicles due to covid. The second we bought in Austin and were treated like royalty were given better options for extended warranty for financing etc. We were somewhat disappointed when it came time to schedule service extremely difficuly

great car but not happy with lack of communication with service at the dealer. had service at another dealer when in California and it was seamless. Can't even get a return call after trying multiple times over the past week

Death trap

Would stall or drop from 66-70 mph while driving and about killed 3 times. According to main headquarters tech flew to dealership to review case, had happened to 7 other cars across the country. No one has died or been seriously injured so they haven’t recalled. Nothing like a company only caring about the bottom dollar and not the safety of people’s lives. I hope someone dies the heck out of this company. Karma

Great overall car

We are very happy with the performance of the Santa Fe with the hybrid mileage being great. The overall driving experience has been great as everyone in the car is very comfortable with the ride. The entertainment system is really nice as well.

Overall good vehicle

Overall good vehicle, but not a great experience and the car tech is overbearing and the vehicle is delicate and things break easily. I probably wouldn't buy a new vehicle again because the price was excessive.

don't go to centennial hyundai in las vegas

I love the santa fe. i do not love centennial hyundai. I'm switching to henderson hyundai, but I' m still having to wait a long time for an appointment. I brought the santa fe for wiper repair twice, couldn't even park the car in the lot the second time.

Hyundai Sante Fe Hybrid

Perfect vehicle as fuel costs go up. Ideal for use for local driving, shopping, going to school, all trips under 50 miles. I easily got 40mpg when running errands and short trips. Longer trips still gave me 30 mpg.

Overall excellent vehicle

When we owned a used 2006 Azera and had to use Roadside assistance memorial weekend 2012, how well it worked sold us on Hyundai. Then we bought 3 more and we were impressed with features, quality and size of vehicle along with fuel economy. Well done! Please keep it up!
