The HEV stranded me 11/15. Warranty issue is being denied.

My car has less than 24,000 miles. It quit running. It would not restart. Message on dash screen indicated HEV. Hyundai service says bolts are missing and is implying this problem is my fault. Dealership staff are the only ones that have worked on this car. If a human caused this issue it was them, directly or indirectly while parked on their lot. A case manager in California seems to be restating the dealerhip position. It is also stated that as "my fault" it is not a warranty problem. This car was purchased in good failth with the expectation it would not fail leave us stranded and the initial warranty would be honored.

Squeaks and rattles ruin a good SUV!

I bought my 2023 Santa Fe Limited based on a prior 2021 Tucson purchase. The Tucson was made in S Korea, no fit and finish issues with it. The Santa Fe was made in USA, and from day 1, its had quality issues which after several warranty trips never got fixed! Honestly, it's going to take effort from Hyundai before I buy another USA made Hyundai!

I love the car, but its missing some key features.

I love this car, and the gas mileage is fantastic! However, I’m disappointed that it doesn’t have memory seat settings—a small feature I never realized was so convenient until I didn’t have it. I’ve also noticed limited control over the rear air and heat; passengers have complained it gets warm in the back with only the two small vents. I also wish the steering wheel was heated. The seats are heated, so it’s odd that the wheel isn’t, though I’m sure other models include it. I have the hybrid HTRAC, and while I thought the package was top-of-the-line, missing these features has me reconsidering. Still, I love the car and plan to keep it as long as it runs.
