The vehicle is great, service, not so much.

Have a problem dealing with local dealerships. They are way overwhelmed by the amount of cars that they need to deal with and can't handle the capacity. It is all of them from Ft Myers to Plantation, and likely the rest of them. They just cannot handle the volume that they deal with.

A great vehicle, but gas mileage estimates are way off

I like the comfort and styling of the Santa Fe. The highest trim level has a luxury feel above the price tag. A lot of safety features are included and mostly work great, except the Forward Attention Warning (FAW) which gives false warnings when wearing glasses. Should be able to turn off FAW. My biggest complaint is the gas mileage. I do everything possible to get the best gas mileage, but I have at best gotten 2.5 mpg less than what was advertised. Gas mileage at speeds of 70 and above is especially bad. The internal computer also consistently gives incorrect gas mileage. I have tracked my actual mpg since I purchased the car and it is 3 mpg less than the computer states. Hyundai should be required to fix the computer calculated gas mileage and include more accurate mpg figures on the sticker.

no resolution

I have had an issue with my car from the very beginning and the dealership says that Hyundai has not provided a solution for the problem. under the back passeger seat there is hot air that blows and you cannot stop it from blowing hot air. IN the summertime, this is a bad situation. I have taken the car back to the dealer after I had the car 1 year and still no answer when the car can be fixed.

Overall Satisfied

The vehicle is stylish and comfortable. I’ve had 2 recalls and one seatbelt repair that was not a recall. It’s now giving me intermittent tire pressure monitoring system warnings that are a bit concerning. I took it in to have it checked and was told the warning was reset and air pressure checked, and to call if it happens again. Not very reassuring, in my opinion, that the issue was addressed.

Low parts quality, lower customer service at dealer

I have had to take my vehicle to the dealership for a plethora of issues every month this year with the problems still unresolved. The techs at the dealership have the misconception that just because the problem does not occur while the vehicle is in their possession it does not exist even when I try to show them the problems myself. It is extremely infuriating not being listened to and to have to take my vehicle in at least three times before they “locate” the issue. Then the parts needed are never in stock which means that I have to take yet another day to take my car in

Value Beyond Expectations

Overall, was ready for an automobile with lots of safety electronics and the Santa Fe exceeds everything what was expected. The safety is outstanding but all the added items like comfort, interactive, smoothness, performance, and looks are included. Lastly, the price makes it all even better.

Awesome Vehicle

No vehicle is perfect in every way, with no issues, but this one comes close. There is, of course, room for improvement with a few of its features, but it checks most of the boxes and for a decent price. This assessment comes from someone that has owned a reliable, Toyota Highlander Hybrid for the previous 16 years.

Hyundai has come a long way.

I have to be truthful, Hyundai when I was growing up was the butt of jokes. No one wanted to be associated with the brand because they were cheap and not pleasing to the eye. Now, this is my favorite make of car ever! The ride is comfortable and the fuel efficiency is tremendous! I hit a deer in my other Santa Fe and I barely felt anything. The Santa Fe took all of the impact and I was untouched and 100% fine. Unfortunately, the car was totaled and I had to get a new vehicle but I was fine. I went right back and got another Santa Fe, but the Hybrid. This one has been my favorite vehicle to have in my entire years of owning cars. I feel proud when I'm walking up to it to get in. I slide into the seat and push the button for it to come to life and don't hear anything but I know it's about to give me a comfortable, safe driving experience. The Android Auto inclusion is almost spaceship like when I just tell it where I want to go and it guides me there. The way it maintains a safe following distance is awesome and keeps me in my lane limits my fatigue when driving. The room available in the Santa Fe is tremendous. It's hard to believe I get almost 40 miles a gallon in a vehicle this size. My insurance rates are even lower. I absolutely love my Santa Fe Hybrid and I can't see myself getting any other make from here on out. From a joke to the best vehicle I've ever had says something. Hyundai has come a long way!

Solid vehicle, has performed pretty well so far

The best thing I like about the 2025 Santa Fe is the ride... it's exceptional. Very comfortable seating and it handles bumps and irregular surfaces well.
