Seems to vibrate for first 10 min while engine gets warm; middle contr

Car feels very luxurious and spacious, like a first class airplane cabin. The dynamic cruise control is very smooth. I like that you can use navigation while you drive and not prevent the user. Some negatives: on first start, the car seems shaky or doesn't drive as smooth on the first 10 minutes. It seems the car needs to warm up first? I always wondered if that's normal. 2. Why is there no air control in the middle row? Most people use the middle seats more than the third row which is a backup or the trunk. So it's weird to not have controls in the second row which is the higher use case. For my car, the front driver panel is falling down, near the window front. The dealer said it's a manufacturing problem and the manufacturer said it's a dealer problem. So it never got fixed. Disappointing.

Extremely Disappointed with the Reliability and Safety of this vehicle

I purchased a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid expecting a reliable and safe family vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Within approximately 36,000 miles and only 18 months of ownership, the vehicle experienced the same serious powertrain failure three separate times. On each occasion, the engine would not start properly, the vehicle would operate only on the battery, and it would go into limp mode. Each incident occurred while I was driving on a highway, including at highway speeds, which made the situation particularly concerning from a safety standpoint. The vehicle had to be towed each time and remained at the dealership for almost a week during each occurrence. Having the same major problem happen three times on a relatively new vehicle raises serious concerns about the underlying reliability of the vehicle and whether the root cause has actually been resolved. I am especially disappointed because Hyundai advertises a substantial warranty, and I expected a vehicle with this level of warranty coverage to provide dependable transportation. Instead, I have spent significant time dealing with breakdowns, towing, dealership visits, transportation issues, and repeated attempts to resolve the same problem. For me, this is no longer simply an inconvenience—it is a safety and reliability issue. A vehicle that unexpectedly loses normal engine power and enters limp mode while traveling on a highway can put the driver and others on the road at risk. I hope Hyundai takes these repeated failures seriously and provides a permanent resolution. Based on my experience so far, I would strongly encourage potential buyers to research the Santa Fe Hybrid's powertrain reliability and consider these issues carefully before purchasing.

Awesome but not as good as our 2025

The vehicle is comfortable, easy to drive, and has all the bells and whistles, but a few bugs. Our 2025 was perfect, but the 2026 is slightly off from perfect. The drive assist is not as responsive as the 2025, and it waits too long to assist with centering the car back in the lane. You will drive on the middle line before it corrects. Once, we had a problem turning the cruise control on. It stated, " All parameters have not been met for cruise". We pulled over, turned it off, and started again, and it corrected. Overall, it is still a great automobile, and we call it our Raptor because you are sitting in a cockpit to drive. Still a great car. The 2025 is better

I love it!

There's a couple of querks about the vehicle for instance; locking and unlocking. I have changed the settings but when I walk up it only unlocks front doors, which drives me crazy. I have changed settings to unlock all doors. The fingerprint doesn't work so then you have to put in a pin Everytime you start the car, it's also very annoying. lastly the charger is great except it gets beat down by the sun so your phone overheats while on the charger.

Great except for the rattles and lousy service dept.

I love the vehicle--beautiful ride, amazing sound system, great mileage, super comfortable. But there's a rattle they don't know how to fix, and the service department doesn't like getting things done, and then they give you a hard time because you're not happy about wasting four hours for a visit to the maintenance bay where they don't even touch your car and then tell you to go home, and you've paid over $50k for a vehicle that's had an annoying rattle for 3/4 of the time you've owned it.

Really is a 4.5 out of 5

This is an excellent vehicle overall though some of the design features leave something to be desired. It's mainly the shift for the transmission that gives me issues. Otherwise, really love the vehicle.
