Vehicle Assembly Concern

When received top rack was not properly fastened to rails on roof. First oil change hood would not open due to latch assembly, ended up waiting at dealer shop for over five hours for repair. Back tail gate latches also needed readjusting. Concern is what else was assembled incorrect.

Fantastic SUV!

I can't say enough about this new Santa Fe from Hyundai! We get so many compliments for people and some of our friends who own Range Rovers regret purchasing theirs, telling us that our far is far superior. It rides smooth and quiet. It is super comfortable and luxurious! It is great looking inside and out. We love it!

I like everything on the Calligraphy model except the suede headliner. It looks messy and cheap. What was Hyundai thinking... I had to get the Calligraphy model to get the features I wanted... The piano black exterior and interior trim is hard to keep, scratches easy and looks cheap. What was Hyundai thinking...

Great vehicle for the money a joy to drive only negative is wind noise on the driver and passenger doors I have owned a 24 and now a 25 and both have the same issue especially in a head wind it can really sing

Seems to vibrate for first 10 min while engine gets warm; middle contr

Car feels very luxurious and spacious, like a first class airplane cabin. The dynamic cruise control is very smooth. I like that you can use navigation while you drive and not prevent the user. Some negatives: on first start, the car seems shaky or doesn't drive as smooth on the first 10 minutes. It seems the car needs to warm up first? I always wondered if that's normal. 2. Why is there no air control in the middle row? Most people use the middle seats more than the third row which is a backup or the trunk. So it's weird to not have controls in the second row which is the higher use case. For my car, the front driver panel is falling down, near the window front. The dealer said it's a manufacturing problem and the manufacturer said it's a dealer problem. So it never got fixed. Disappointing.
