Would be great, But......

we have an issue that is not being handled by HMA. the techs have misdiagnosis the problem and no on will listen to me cause im just a dumb consumer that knows nothing. i have officially been blow off with corporate jargon, excuses, and pleasentries. I dont know what to do. we have been pushed to the side and our issue is still present.

The vehicle that was brought new has been nothing but a mechanical issue since bringing it home. It has put our family in several unsafe situations and Hyundai has refused to take any responsibility or have any care about my family safety.

Hyundai 2025 Santa Fe Hybrid

Redesigned Santa Fe Hybrid is a great vehicle with only a few drawbacks This is my second Santa Fe, had the previous design as a Plug-In Hybrid). 1. Drive side seat buckle landing is very difficult to reach, should have been field tested. 2. Only one tire size (and brand) fits the vehicle and is not the best choice in terms of all-weather tread despite being an expensive premium tire. 3. Most important, software issues continue regarding conflicts with a standard hand-shake with smart-phones and Hyundai Motors customer help is scant if reachable at all.

Our vehicle has been back at the shop every other month for engine and power loss issues. Its frustrating, we're losing work time because of constantly having to take it back

2025 Santa Fe Hybrid is Great

I love my Santa Fe. The Calligraphy package we have is fantastic - I especially like the exterior look, but interior is so nice as well. All the features are great. The seats are easy to fold down when we need extra space and it's great for kids and all their friends / things. The only improvement I'd recommend is better air flow from the vents in the middle row, and maybe an extra seat belt in the back row (I think 3 kids can probably fit back there if needed). Otherwise no complaints!

This vehicle has a lot of fun features and boy has Hyundai come up! I’m curious to see what this vehicle paint does in a few years. I have an Elantra I bought brand new and paint started peeling on the door handles at year 3-4.

Roomy, dependable, great gas mileage!

My TALL family of 4 fits comfortably in the Santa Fe (6' to 6'7"). Our suburban warrior regularly reports trips with 38-40 mpg - fabulous right now with the high gas prices!

NOT RECOMMENDED: They Don’t Tell You There’s No Spare

I really liked this car until I had a tire blow out. The “flat kit” is a bottle of goop sealant that won’t fix a puncture. Unexpected danger of wife stranded on the side of the road makes me want to dissuade you from buying.

Service is terrible. My 20 year old car was never out of commission for less than a day or two and within one year of purchase of a new car, it was in the shop for 8 days. Oil changes take 2 days. For both, I had to initiate each contact. For the 8 day warranty job, I had little information from the dealer about what was happening and when my car might be available, when I had several medical appointments and an out of town trip to work around. This is my only car. Warranty issues should not inconvenience the driver. There should be a loaner.
