Great car, could be improved

No one warns you that the car beeps very loudly when backing up. Also not mentioned when purchasing the car, gas mileage will drop significantly when its cold outside. If I lived in a climate that had more than 3 months of cold weather, I would not have purchased this car. The app to start your car only works half the time, despite the notification that your remote start was “successful”. I did have a significant issue with mine where the airbag lights came on, my dealership couldn’t get me in for 2 weeks, but could not confirm whether or not the airbags would deploy if I was in an accident. They also refused to offer me a loaner car until my appointment date. Last complaint is that the lock button does not work when the driver door is open. I like to lock my car as I am getting out so I know its done, have always done this on previous cars but this one will not let me. Other than the above items, its a great car. Its sleek, fast, and relatively reliable.

So BAD we got rid of it in less than 10 months

Worst MPG of any hybrid we ever had. AC didn't work worth a d***. Noisy engine. The most irritating notification alarms. Bad infotainment system!

The car is smooth, comfortable, quiet and quick. It rides so nice. I just love the styling. I had 2 Santa Fe's but disliked the new style of the Santa Fe. Because of this, I almost didn't buy another Hyundai.

Reliable, comfortable, capable

My 2024 Hyundai Tucson has been entirely reliable, with no issues reported since I bought the vehicle 1.5 years ago. The ride is quiet and comfortable, the technology just works and makes driving and parking safer. In the snow my AWD Tucson has kept its grip and not got stuck.

Sold car with factory defect

After multiple trips to the dealership to fix an ongoing issue with my trunk it was finally determined that a part of the trunk was not welded properly therefore the trunk was not completely closing causing a rubbing/rattling sound while driving. I had clearly stated on the phone that the noise was being made while driving. It took 4 appointments for that information to translate to the service team. My car has been at Hyundai Sureski since December 22. I have received zero communication or follow up on this matter. I have to call and solicit information. Based on this experience I will never buy another Hyundai vehicle.

All About the Value!

Overall, this vehicle has been everything I wanted. I love the look and feel of the vehicle as well as all the features that the Limited version has to offer. I absolutely love this car, and I am considering buying a new one in a few years because, in my opinion, this vehicle is the best value out there at the current time. My favorite thing about it is the blind spot cameras that come up in my dashboard when I turn on a blinker. My only complaints with the vehicle are 1.) quality of the heating and air functionality 2.) reverse beeping 3.) vehicle & app tell me I have service due when I do not (see cons for more explanation)
