mostly great

Mostly I love everything about the car, I just have 2 complaints. Generally, the controls could be a bit more user friendly. It's challenging to figure out and remember where/how to operate the multitude of features. Might just be because there are so many features! My biggest disappointment was when the normally very sensitive and reliable backup collision warning system failed to warn me that I was about to back into a large stone pillar. This caused over $12k in damage!

Tucson is a nice ride

Love my 2025 Tucson Hybrid. Comfortable, roomy, and very good mileage. Nice interior. Sharp exterior look. Only disappointment ( after 2 months) is the sound system and display panel for music. The system does not show the artist / song on FM radio. So annoying. Poor design, or perhaps I haven't figured out how to display. Other reviews have also criticized this non-feature. Also, if my phone is connected via Bluetooth, the vehicle automatically plays Pandora, instead of letting me make a selection of media source.

Well rounded fun to drive right-sized Cross-over

This vehicle is just right for my needs. The size fits four adults very comfortably, with ample space for a Costco run or a road trip with lots of luggage. The drive line is generally smooth and very responsive, with the EV motor picking up the slack around town and from stop lights with instant power. Mid-range power for getting on freeways is also ample. Android Auto works very well as a system and auto-connects time and time again without any issue. The ride is on the soft side and a little unsophisticated with some oscillation in the rear but overall an unusually quiet easy ridding vehicle. The sound system is low on faults and has a surprisingly good sound stage and clean sound quality at most all volumes. Also, note that this is a "systems" car with there being real benefit from watching a Hyundai how-to Video or reading the manual. For example, the heated seats can start out on high and will auto shift down to medium after five minutes. The HVAC system has three auto levels/modes that limit how high the fan speed goes. Radar cruse control works very well, but one does need to understand the controls and design limitations. MPG is generally good, but very short trips can be a bit worse than expected as the ICE power plant needs to be warmed up for best reliability, which limits MPG in 5 min or shorter trips. I test drove the new BMW X3 and Audi Q3 and both had much worse interiors and their value proposition was much worse.

A good car for what it is

A smooth drive for the most part - but the shift control is confusing - the screen is a bit dim for people with poor eye sight - seats are comfortable and plenty of foot room - heat and a/c take a while to reach desired temperature.

The screen features did not have a specific topic but there are also you tube videos on line for most questions. Meh

I had hoped for better gas mileage. Compared with a Prius this car rides nicely, is quiet, I don't understand the feature set for this mid range model. It seems to have subtracted some ordinary features such as a convertible mirror that links to your garage and the radio is ordinary.

Nicest vehicle I’ve ever owned!

Love this vehicle! Holds the road great. Great in snow, and comfortable ride. Love my headed seats and steering wheel. Love the dashboard and the ease of use to get to car play. My only complaint is heater takes awhile to heat the vehicle.

My second Hyundai. First one was a Santa Fe. I liked both vehicles and leased the Tucson as I wanted to try a hybrid. I like the handling and probably more features than I really need. Overall, I am satisfied that I made a good choice.

Impressive

Having driven my leased 2025 Tucson Limited Hybrid for a little over 2 months, I’m very impressed so far. The design, the comfort level and overall ride is great. The technology is plentiful and somewhat overwhelming to set up. Thankful for the very large, but detailed, owner’s manual and using YouTube to get me through setting up some of the features which were already in place on my previous vehicle (not a Hyundai).

I really appreciate my 2025 Hyundai Tucson hybrid. Great horsepower, great mileage and I love all the features that came with it including side view cameras when signaling to make a turn or lane change and the Apple CarPlay interface.

No buyers remorse. But highway fuel economy could be better.

Just been over 2 months with zero issues. Excellent ride and handling, good fuel economy in the city. The only drawback are the buttons in front of the wireless charger. These are too easy to brush my arm against with and change some setting unintentionally as I reach out for the controls on the dash. These should be positioned better. Missing the garage door opener ( my basic Hyundai Sonata had it) . Not sure why Hyundai would skip this in a mid upper trim . Also missing is the ‘walk away auto lock’ feature I have on my Honda CRV. Too early to tell about reliability.

My Car is Smarter Than I Am!

My car model is an "N-Line", which is a little more sporty than other models. Unfortunately, it has been discontinued for 2026. It has taken a couple of months to figure out some of the features on my car. And it will take one several hours to research and set many of them. I scanned all and read parts of the 286 manual! And I also scanned through the Infotainment manual. I am generally very happy with everything. I especially like the striking design of the exterior. Although my Tucson is only 2" longer than my prior Nissan Rogue, and 1/2" wider, it seems so much roomier inside. I don't know where they found the space. I am tall and have long legs and there is a lot of room in both of the front seats. This was a major factor in choosing a new car. I especially like the safety features to warn when there are cars approaching in the left or right lanes. I also set the cruise control safety features that make the car almost self-driving. On it's own, the car will stay in the middle of the lane lines on the right and left, deaccelerate if one is too close to the car in front, and even brake on its own if necessary. to avoid a collision. I also like the auto setting for bright lights where the car will automatically dim the lights when approaching or following closely another car. Overall, this is a fabulous car. The features that come with it would be an add-on cost in other brands of maybe close to $20K. The designs and functions of this car are very well thought out by the engineers.

Unfortunate Camera and Dashboard Malfunction

Dashboard and backup camera had repeat malfunction issues/ technicians not able to resolve this problem/ inconvenience of long duration repair process/ coordination of loaner vehicles and corporate poor customer service

GREAT SUV

I am really pleased with the Tucson hybrid. After owning luxury vehicles I wanted a practical SUV for a reasonable price. I am not disappointed and finf the Tucson comfortable, reliable, and really enjoyable to drive through all weather conditions and terrains. The technology package is really awesome. I save a lot each month on gas thanks to the hybrid feature. One downside, I wish the side mirrors would close automatically instead of manually, and that the key fob worked more consistently when I am next to the vehicle in order to open the doors, so I dont have to look look for it in my purse (it works but very inconsistently and can be annoying and inconvenient when I am holding bags). But other that these two issues, I am very please with the vehicle and feel very safe with its security driving features.

My Hyundai Tucson Limited

I love this vehicle! I wish the mileage was a little better on highway but does perform good in congested traffic. I hear rattling from the rear end and is probably loose plastic pieces held together by plastic nut and bolt which are impossible to tighten. My dealership can’t hear anything of course. The feature set of the car is amazing. The ‘maybe it’s time to take a break’ is very annoying. Sometimes the menu screen is hard to get back to the setup screen when his and her keys are in car at same time. Pushing the Home Screen button just takes you back to the original point of confusion.
