Overall I am satisfied with the vehicle. The comfort features are very good, just wish it rode a little softer/smoother. I really enjoy the gas mileage and the safety features.

Uncomfortable driver's seat

Overall, a good vehicle, but the driver's seat adjustments available do not alleviate pain in my hip and lower back while driving.

2026 Tucson hybrid review

I like our Tucson but am extremely disappointed with highway mileage. Since much of the driving we’ve done has been highway, the average mileage to date is 33mpg which is not what I was told by Hyundai. A minimum of 36.5mpg was on the sticker!

Still best in class

Had a 2022 Tucson Hybrid Limited in white. The new car was exactly the same, but with so many improvements. Now has wireless Apple CarPlay. Some 2026 deluxe cars are still wired. The 3 level regenerative braking makes a big difference. The car is quieter with the left and right front doors being acoustic glass. It was fun to drive in 2022 because switching to sport mode while diving kicks in 25 hp from the rear electric motor. Now you get 31 hp.

2026 Tucson Hybrid

Handles great. Beautiful interior. The only issue is visibility of the cabin control panel. Tiny dim lights that are nearly impossible to see in daylight. Easy to hit other controls accidentally (like the seat heater) when adjusting the temp or AC. Engine somewhat noisy compared to my previous car (Mini Clubman).

Great car

I love my car. One complaint that I do have is when you unlock the car all the doors unlock. This is truly unsafe. If a person was being followed and could get to their car, if only the drivers door unlocked they would be safe but now the person can get in the other doors.
