Mostly love it

Tons of great features, still learning them. Keyless door locking when exiting takes too long to apparently cycle through, requiring me to dig out key fob to lock it. When listening to a book, it turns volume down for every message or ding, rather than pausing the book, so am missing lots of book dialogue.

Nowhere near as good as 2024 Tucson

The Infotainment Center is the number one complaint. The "split screen" is not a bi-screen but a tri-screen. And you have to choose a third widget. So you can't just see a split screen. So why call it a split screen? And where are the widgets for the screens that we WANT to see, such as Sirius? And lastly, what is with the dark black map that you can't even read because it's so black? Why haven't they done a software update for that? The Homelink pairing does not work on this vehicle with our garage door. It worked just fine when we had a 2024 Tucson hybrid. The passenger seating is not as comfortable as it was in the 2024. There is not enough leg room. Perhaps it's because the dash protrudes toward the passenger more. Hard to tell. The ride does not feel as safe. The car doesn't hug the road as the 2024 did. But the worst of everything is that Hyundai USA customer service doesn't care. When we sent a detailed email with photographs of all of our issues, we got a form letter stating that Hyundai is always trying to improve its vehicles. How does that help us?

too many buttons at console to bump when in moving around in car

Too much to memorize for people over 60 yrs old, screen needs to be simpler to navigate. Computer systems need to be more friendly.

Lots of defects , this car is not the best

Not a powerful vehicle, annoying warning please take a break lights come incessantly without being able to turn them off, very rudimentary system and auto brake kinda is the boss of the car because it does whatever it wants, doesn’t allows full control to driver and even makes it dangerous

I don’t like the AC set up, it’s very hard to see, the infotainment system is totally confusing, the tailgate doesn’t lift automatically with my foot, did not come with a spare tire and we got a nail in our tire on our first trip, so I am not happy with my car.

Alot of technology

Overall a nice vehicle. The entertainment system is very good but a lot of interruptions. It has a lot of interruptions when you have the music playing and you try to do anything else. The music goes off when you use the internet, or your phone, It turns off when any warning from the vehicle comes on such as coffee cup warning, the side view blind spot warning, almost anything turns to music off. And this is very annoying. The Coffee Cup warning where it assumes your tired or you're not paying attention to the road is extremely irritating coming on and beeping and beeping over and over again assuming that you're tired even when you are not tired. Another irritating feature is that the car tries to steer for you . And it gets to be very irritating as well when the car is pulling to the left or right and you're just trying to stay straight especially on the highway. The rest of the vehicle is nice the seats are comfortable. Other safety features like being too close to the vehicle in front of you is a good safety feature. It actually slows you down when you're in cruise control and you get too close to the vehicle in front of you. It has good trunk space and good leg room. Overall nice vehicle but not five star.
