Because I have few miles on this Nissan Murano 37,000 plus (2005 bought in 2006) I have done exceptionally well. I have only had to have new brakes and an evaporator replaced in the a/c (big items). This is inclusive of regular oil changes/maintenance, etc.
Great handling, and a very comfortable ride. Like all cars these days, I think it is sad they makers use plastic now, instead of metal like they used to. I have never had an accident, but the fact that it is so easy to obtain more injuries in a plastic auto body (at least I think so), it scares me. Otherwise, and I hate saying this, but I would never buy an American made car, new. I think the foreign influence for building cars far outweighs American built vehicles.
