In the short time after buying our used 2016 F-150 we had some electrical issues and our back-up camera worked only sporadically. We had to take two trips in for the electrical fix, and another to replace the back-up camera. While it was frstrating for us, that applied to the mechanics too. The extended warranty took care of our expenses and provided "loaner vehicle" too. Now our P/U seems almost new and we are happy with it. The frustrated service guys, Adam in particular, hung in there with us and delivered. Thank you Mike White Ford. You are earning our future business.

Long wait for appointment paid off.
I had to wait at least 2 months for an appointment for the recall that I was notified about. I was told when I made the 9:45 AM appointment it would be a short one as the service folks would do an inspection and then order the parts needed, if any. So I arrived with some means of keeping me busy only to find that it would be well into the afternoon (3-4 PM) before my car was ready. The replacement parts had already been ordered prior to my arrival as I was told they hadn't had a car NOT needing replacement parts. So I returned home calling my husband rather than wait on the courtesy car. My vehicle was finished by 4 PM so I again returned to the dealership to pick it up for no charge. Hopefully all will work well. Time will tell.

I usually am very happy with my experience at Mike White, but this time they fell a little short in my opinion. I was scheduled for 7:15 and I was there at about 7:05. I handed my truck off and was told that it should be done at noon. What??? It was there for a light assembly under the hood that was literally a 5 minute or less repair. To top it off, I wasn't told that the truck needed to be there that long and since it was such a small repair and a first thing in the morning appointment, I wasn't prepared to wait that long or leave the truck there. after sitting in the lounge for almost an hour, I decided I would cancel the repair and leave. I went in and told them I needed the truck so I could leave because I wasn't prepared to sit there half the day. I was told the mechanic was going to show up at 8:00 and that would be his first job. Finally the truck was done a little after 9:00. I didn't end up there until noon, but I was there over 2 hours for a small repair and was told it was going to take 5 hours. I understand that it may not be the first repair, but I should have been told there was a time frame repair so I would not have been blindsided.

I recently bought a new vehicle at Mike White Ford and I love it. Unfortunately my service engine light came on and the part that was needed was not in stock so they scheduled another appointment for me. The day of that appointment they were ready for me when I arrived and got the job done.

No issues
Service was friendly and professional. All issues were fixed for the amount of money I expected to pay. Only minimal issue was that they told me everything would be done by noon, when that was when all the diagnostics were completed with the actual repairs taking another couple hours. All other communication was excellent.

Long wait for appointments
Horn/alarm stopped working shortly after I had an oil change. The soonest appointment was 5 weeks out after that appointment it took another 3 weeks to get the right parts and right before that appointment they called to reschedule my appointment for a week later. The only reason that this is a 3 star review is because the guys in the service department were really nice and friendly.

Service engine soon light
The men at the service desk are great. It just seems to take a long time and many trips back to the dealership to get things fixed. We are now waiting for parts. You would think for the cost of repairs the dealership would have parts to fix the issues. This will make the third trip in to fix this issue .

3.5L EcoBoost - Cam Phaser Issue - Parts are backordered with no timeline for receipt

Front Differential Bearning Failure - comments that it was the Hub and Spindle Bearings...and customer needed to pay...then found out it was the differential bearings that started the issue. Need to get Hub and Spindle fixed, but should NOT be a customer pay issue as started with differential which is a drive drain component

I had my car towed to Ford. First of all I never got updates about my vehicle that was very frustrating that I was the that would have to call the dealership to get any updates.I got my car back after a 2 months I was never offered a rental car Ian’s I was very unhappy about that. i found out later they don’t offer rentals which is very odd. My car broke down again so I had it towed back u to o th come to find out it was the module that needed to be replaced, the reason my car was there was for the transmission.I have my car back now I just feel they could of done better with keeping me in the loop I wouldn’t go back if I hav one her issues Thank You
