F350 check engine light
I made an appointment because the check engine light was on. On the day of the appointment the truck would not start because of the battery issue. I told the guy at the desk of both issues. The tech must’ve only focused on the check engine and did not check the batteries. When I come to pick up the truck and ask them about the truck not starting they said They could not find an issue. The next morning the truck wouldn’t start and I called and took it in to be looked at again. When the tech check the batteries one of them was bad. The service guy did give me a good price on replacing the battery but I shouldn’t have to come back a second time for something they should’ve checked originally.

No one wears a mask at Mike White Ford and that is a management error. This is the reason I gave you only 1 Star. Facemasks reduce the spread of COVID-19, that is the evidence based science ( nothing to do with politics). For every 6 people who wear a mask we prevent 1 COVID-19 case. As an emergency physician I would like to see as few COVID-19 cases as possible. Your employees all wearing a Face mask would send a strong message that you care for your customers. Telling customers to wear a facemask would send a strong message that you care for your employees

Paul, first and foremost, we'd like to thank you for your hard work during these complicated times. We would also like to see as few COVID-19 cases as possible. Mike personally purchased high quality, multi layer masks for employees and they were distributed. We have not required these masks to be worn, but have encouraged their use.

As one of the employees who wears a mask regularly, I can assure you that there are some of us wearing them. We completely agree with the evidence based science and encourage both employees and customers to wear masks. Our customers and our employees mean the world to us and we are taking very strict measures in terms of cleaning and disinfecting areas and high touch points. We also completely altered the layout of our showroom and waiting areas to allow for social distancing. Thank you for reaching out and we sincerely thank you and all health care workers for everything that you're doing! You are all heroes!

fast friendly service explaination of what they are doing and approximately how long it will take.
I have been a customer of this dealership many years and always appreiciated the service i received and all of the service writers are knowledgeable and get the work done in a timely fashion. We recently purchased a used vehicle from the dealership and were helped by salesmen Mark Marshall who really did an outstanding job on getting the deal we wanted. we would recommend the Dealership to any of our friends or relatives looking for a vehicle or service.

Frustrated
The best part of the service was the dealership remembered I needed a loaner car while my truck was in the shop.
I was not happy the truck needed two parts replaced. I question the quality of Ford products. At this point, I'm not sure the transmission issue has been resolved.
Another issue was the truck took almost two days to repair, when I was told one. I would assume Ford has something telling how long it should take to repair or replace each part. So almost a full extra day is surprising to get something fixed. Plus being without my only business truck an extra day is difficult on my business.

2016 Fiesta Service
We had the wrench light come on so took it in for service. Service wasn’t due for another 1500 miles so they reset the computer.

We called to check what they had found out and they said “Oh, you can come and pick up. We reset the code”.

You would have thought that they would have called.

My car sat in the parking lot after they finished working on it for approx 40 minutes before they came and got me from the waiting area. I could see it from the waiting area.
Disappointed with the last two visits for service. First visit took 5 hours, did not get a copy of the service paperwork, maybe because completion of service was pending a part that had to be ordered?, my car was brought around and left outside, engine running, keys in ignition. My remote start engine button was missing off my key ring, no one seems to know what happened to it. Second visit, while in the waiting room I saw a car that looked like mine sitting in the parking lot. After approx 40 minutes, they came and got me and it was my car parked, service done, while I waited for them to come and get me.

Truck service review
My truck was in for an oil change, and it was completed on time. They also replaced a power converter under the dash that had gone bad, plus tightened up all of the shock mounts,one of them was loose and caused an irritating noise while driving, the shocks were installed by another business, but Mike Whites service department took care of it for no charge, it was just a matter of tightening 8 nuts and bolts, but its the small things that will keep me doing business with M.W.Ford in the future. thank you Chelsea for taking care of that issue with the shocks.
