The Calvary to the rescue

Our 2008 E-450 Powerstroke shuttle bus RV conversion, which we named "TrooperRV" for our YouTube videos about our boondocking experiences, sprang a coolant leak somewhere in the wilds of Montana. We managed to limp TrooperRV into Coeur d'Alene and called Mike White Ford as no other repair shop along the backcountry roads had the time, or parts, to make repairs. While Joe said their diesel mechanic was booked sold for 4 weeks, he said to bring TrooperRV in and they will do what they could to get us back on the road and safely home -- "home" was another 500 miles to Port Orchard, WA. That night TrooperRV was diagnosed with a busted radiator; the part arrived the next day and TrooperRV was ready for the road that night. We are grateful to Mike White Ford's service department, namely their unnamed diesel mechanic, for their amazing ability to get us on the road and safely home in our time of distress. Thank you, Joe, Adam, and the unnamed mechanic ... you folks are the best!!!

I received excellent customer service from Adam Ritch in the Service Dept. He explained all the service needed on my car, and contacted me for approval of the additional service needed. Adam also emailed me my invoice and called/called me when my car was ready for pick up. I also used the shuttle service, which was efficient and on-time. The shuttle driver as courteous and friendly.

Bad wobble

Purchase the truck from Northwest autosports they had it three or four times couldn't figure out why it was shaking so bad. Took it into Mike White with an hour as they figured out that the tires had excessive ground Force and a couple other small problems. Awesome job guys

They did what was required. I lost faith in this business when it belong to Parker. They did two oil changes, one on each of my Escapes, and left the filter loose on both of them.

No hassle repair

My check engine light came on and it was right before a trip with my daughter. They didn’t have any appointments, but I left it and they fit it in. Turns out it was a huge issue and I needed almost a new engine. They gave me a rental and fixed the problem. Online I read about how other dealers would turn off the error and ultimately engines blew up. I am so glad I was taken care of and didn’t end up stranded. I had a rental from them until my vehicle was repaired.

Exceptional service and superior people to work with.

I had a check engine light come on in my pickup. We were planning on going camping in three days and had already made reservations at an RV park. Their shop is always busy, but they asked me to bring it in right away and they would run diagnostics on it to pinpoint the problem. It was a driveability problem. They told me that they would try and work it in and fix it. They had the part in stock and were able to get it fixed the next day. They went above expectations by working it in to their shop schedule. They were really great to work with and were very pleasant to talk to. Super people. Whether I am buying a vehicle or in need of repairs, I will go to Mike White Ford.
