First Service of 2020 Santa Fe
All went well with Service visit. This is my third Hyundai (2 Sonata's and the Santa Fe). Do have an issue with the Body Shop not responding on blemish on my hood.

Heidi was very respectful
I received a call from Heidi about the survey. She was very nice. I explained why I was upset with my experience at Lakeland Hyundai. She was sympathetic to my feelings and I appreciated that. She made me rethink my decision not to use Lakeland Hyundai and I will be back when I need service.

Boy did I get a surprise
Stopped by without a appointment to have a issue looked at and the service writer did all of his preliminary documents as usual then turned to me and said Gary we are busy but if you would like to wait about an hour I think that we can take care of the problem while you are here, My first remark was won’t you have to order the parts and his reply was I think we have the part in inventory let me check,.within a couple minutes He Came back and said it’s in stock I was absolutely in awe and said go for it, that saved me a thirty mile trip back to the dealership

I had scheduled my service, but when I arrived, the service advisor was nowhere to be found. Then it sat to go into service over 1 hour.

I have had three cars from this dealer and very happy every time. I don't know if it is covid or selling too many cars for service staff to handle. I had to wait almost two weeks to get in for service and it seemed to take longer to get the car based on regular 14000 mile service interval. I would still rate them highly and recommend the dealer and Hyundai cars to my friends. Have been part of at least 5 purchases/lease of Hyundai vehicles and get positive feedback from all purchases. Otherwise would not reccomend
