Hyundai(Lakeland) is an upcoming competitor with other Brands such as Honda, Nissan, Acura, Toyota.(JDM) It is defying the odds against others by outperforming the Brands that have reigned for so long. Excellent Service!
Having failed to make an appointment, I was a walk in for my service at 8am on a Monday morning. I was greeted promptly and was checked in quickly. I sat comfortably reading while I waited. I was given an option of changing out my air filter which I agreed to. This was my only charge as service was included and then checked out. They went the extra mile not only to clean my car but to vacuum out some debris out of my trunk for me.
My only suggestions for improvements would be to purchase better donuts and to provide a place to wait where the TV isn’t on!! Otherwise a great experience.

Standard Vehicle Service
I scheduled an appointment on-line, with no difficulty. Arrived early to drop-off the vehicle and was met by Anthony. He found my information and we agreed on synthetic oil, for which he offered me a coupon. Because I am a repeat buyer, it took Anthony all of two minutes to process me and I was headed out the door. When the work was completed, he called and the vehicle was waiting. Fees were as indicated. Great FIVE STAR service.

Great service.
I only had one complaint. It's small but important to me. I had 56000 and some odd miles when I got the oil changed and the sticker on my window told me I need to have the oil changed at 64000 and some odd miles. I don't have the receipt in the house. That was close to 8,000 miles. Have they upped the recommendation for oil changes? Like I said not a big deal. But!!!!!
