Half butt inspection!
Please, for the love of God, do not pay the $179 dollars for an inspection. According to Tameron my car is in excellent condition, but a local mechanic begs to differ. I had multiple SEVERE issues my car, and a few minor. If I would’ve driven my car much longer I could’ve been in a bad accident.

You brought us your vehicle because you are having an issue with a check engine light on and not being able to fill up your vehicle with enough gas. You agreed to the ( diag fee ) to tell you  what is wrong with your car.  This is the same process and fee for every customer. We told you what is wrong and you declined having it fixed. Not sure where the confusion is. We also performed a multi point inspection on your car , where the technician makes a visual inspection of Bulbs, tires, brakes , etc. All of the recommendations for both are on your receipt. Again you paid the same price every customer pays for the same service. All of this was disclosed to you before working on your car. The diag fee is to DIAGNOSE the concern you are having with your car. This is different from the visual   inspection.

Back ordered parts
Brian was very nice to work with in the service department. Parts being in back order for a month is totally unacceptable. I won’t ever be purchasing another Hyundai.

Engine replaced twice and still not working properly
After an oil change back in November 2020, I was driving on the Hwy and the engine stopped. I took the vehicle back to the shop on a tow truck.
The engine got damaged and consequently repaired (the engine only had 50,000miles) I asked the dealership how that happened and I did not receive a logic answer.
A few days later, I had to take it back to the shop with a new knocking noise on the engine. They fixed it again and after 3 weeks the noise has came back.
My Elantra is sitting in my garage because I don’t feel comfortable bringing it back to the dealership. I am searching for a different shop to see if I can get it fixed properly.
