The service staff was very friendly and helpful!! I was an add on for service and they treated me like I was very important. It was a small job and they treated it like it was important. Christian was especially helpful and took time with me. Will be back again.

Having experienced communication difficulties with Parker in the past I was hesitant to take my Ford in for a recall. However, they amazed me for excelling at communicating through every step of the process and definitely over-delivered!
