Great facility...but warrantee service could be improved.
Refer to previous comments on service.Hopefully next visit will be a more positive experience.Based on this one visit,I would'nt recommend.

Great Customer Service, Will Fix All Your Concerns
Whenever I bring in my car for maintenance, it always comes out sounding and feeling like a great ride. Although the prices for servicing can be a little steep, Zimbrick helps to provide you ways to make things affordable. I recommend bringing your vehicle here for the best service and care your car needs.

Expensive Maintenance Service...
I'm not sure about everyone's experience with maintenance on newer model vehicles, but when I have to bring my car in for a mile marker check up and I realize they are charging me $700-$900 total on certain items (does not include everything they recommended) I start to get suspicious about the market of such service and if this really is the price of car maintenance these days.

I felt the pricing was explained to me to lead me to believe my bill would be a different price than what I was presented with when I picked up my car.

Not touch free
2nd visit since Covid and I’m disappointed that not everyone had a mask on, including the person who took and returned our car after service. Touch free payment was never offered either time. Random cup of pens sitting out to for initialing and signing. Not clean.

Bundling Could be Improved
Shop rates for services that require the same steps could be bundled to less of a dollar rate.

Thank you for feedback from your last visit.  I apologize our appointment center did not reach out to you prior to your visit and have the correct tires here for you.  I will make sure to speak with them directly and address this concern.
Also we will at times reduce our labor when multiple repairs overlap and can be combined but it does not always apply.  Unfortunately in this case with the tires already being on sale for buy 3 get the 4th for $1 and the brake service being set at a standard price, we do not reduce labor for other repairs even though the wheels are already removed.
If you have questions or would like to discuss this further I am happy to speak with you.

I’m done
Love the car but service is inconsistent. Had issues in the past and was told by the service manager we could take our business elsewhere. We did for awhile, but distance was an issue so we came back. Car returned worse then when I brought in. No timely resolution, so I left. Service Manager has yet to return call after 2 days. I’m done

Read the Fine Print
I did not ask for the 60,000 mile check up to be done. I just wanted my headlight fixed. I didn’t read the paperwork close enough to realize they were doing the 60,000 mile check up. I just purchased the car from that dealership in November, 2019. I assumed the dealership would have done that check up before they sold the car to me.
