Jeffrey Melloi am sorry for your disatifaction on your recent service visit. the issue you had discussed with the sales manager was in regards to the lease grounding fee. the service you received was for a vehicle that was towed in and found to have a internal battery failure. this review is not a accurate reflection of the service that was provided.
