Had to call three times and no one could tell me if my car was ready to be picked up. in addition we were on hold for over 15minutes and no one came back to us.
I had to finally walk in to the service department to find out the status of my car. Not very professional! I left my car at the service center the night before for an oil change and inspection with a suggestion to get an alignment. It took over 4 hours before I got my car back.

i woulg suggest when a mechanic says a part is ng with ex amount of dollars.the customer should have a right to see the parts.

Inspection and oil change with appointment
I was in the dealership for an inspection and oil change for over 3 hours and I had an appointment. People were coming and going and I was still in the waiting room. I had to ask what was happening to get things moving. Normally I am satisfied, but this experience was not a pleasant one. I always tip too no matter what out of respect. I was not happy.
