Worst service place
It is such a shame that I love my car so much because having to take it to the Hyundai service shop for something as simple as an oil change is the worst experience ever. They always find something else Wrong with the car and it takes forever! My car magically had a safety recall on it that needed to be done immediately yet I was never notified about the recall until I took it upon myself to bring it in. It's so unprofessional how some of the service employees are. If I didn't love my car so much this would be my last time dealing with them.

Not America's Best Warranty
Dominic was nice and answered the questions I had, I had no problem with him. My issue with the service is that a superficial dent voided my warranty when it came to working on my airbag module. It's hard to understand how my car has passed four inspections with no problems, but I'd be forced to go through insurance or out of pocket for this service. Again, Dominic was a nice advisor and explained things, I just think the overall customer service was lacking especially since the Hyundai warranties are labeled as America's Best.

Feeling like an un valued customer
My experience was normal as usual I was greeted at the entrance and then lead to the service writer I had a 915 appointment I arrived there a little before nine. The reason I am most displeased about is I didn't get out of the dealership until 140, I had to ask the service writer what the status of my car was and when he looked it up after asking me my name he looked up and said The car was just done and he would send the paperwork over to the cashier and for me to go there and wait for it when I went to the cashier I noticed my repair order was under roughly about five repair orders when I paid and looked at my paper work I notice a time stamp set 11 AM which means I waited there over 2 1/2 hours without needing to needless to say I was very unhappy

After six years I've had it with this dealership
Have nothing good to say, but you people have a bad way of appreciating dedicated customers like myself after using your since I purchased my Hyundai in 2010. You just lost a sucker! Trying to sell me services I did not need. I had your suggestions for certain parts verified by two other mechanics and guess what? I was correct in refusing you because I did not need the three items Atlantic claimed I needed, crooks!!!
