Advisor came to explain that now there is powdery smoke coming from defrost vent and didn’t know why and stated I should come back another day. I understand that things happen but we just need it rectified.

starting to have doubts
I am starting to have doubts about the quality of the 2013 Equuss I purchased new. Parts are failing at 35K miles which I feel shouldn't be failing. That said, not the service departments fault. I doubt I will buy another Hyundai product.

Good dealership, but with a few improvements they can be great one day:

Areas of improvements:

1) They need another part-time/back-up shuttle driver.

2) They need to build a real customer lounge, Not just throw chairs out in the lobby and call it a "Customer Lounge"

3) Their prices need to be reduced by 30% if they want to increase their business, along with having the technicians work later to increase profits.

my come for oil change, car maintenance and find out the part for the recall of the car which I came more than a month ago.
I also did not receive any coupon for oil change or car maintenance
the part for the car is in the dealer, but did not receive notified.

Not selling service that you don’t need
life is tough and to haveing a car is like having a kid you have to take care of him/her. so selling services that you don’t need or overcharge will make customers go for another dealer or even another vehicle brand.

Great Experience
Staff was friendly my vehicle was ready quickly received a nice text when it was done. It was washed which was a pleasant surprise. Only thing I would recommend is to have service member greet u as you walk in the atmosphere can be a bit intimidating if you don’t know who you should be speaking with or if u should just sit n wait. Other than that they were great!!!

Fast service!
Service was fast and I appreciate being accommodated later in the afternoon. Service writer was great. Only issue was that I asked for 34 pounds on tires, and they were mismatched and all at 36 or above.

Please bring it back to us.  We will do our best to keep  the tire pressure at 34 psi.  Two or three numbers fluctuating is quite normal though...

GREAT value!
Sean the service manager quoted me a price on tires around a month ago, and when I went to pay, the price was heavily discounted. I don't know! The tires are great! I even Googled them and apparently they're the performance tires! Also, JJ, my service rep got my car in and out of there in way less time than estimated. I'm VERY HAPPY with this Service Department!
