Oil change!
Staff very courteous. Service done well. I would have given 5 star, except my car was not washed and no snacks around like hotdogs, home bake cookies. My parents dealer Kia and hubby's dealer Honda, seem to do a lot of pampering. I kinda like that! Overall everything was good.

The staff is very friendly.
It would be nice if you had snacks while waiting 45 minutes for my car to be serviced. In New York most dealerships have donuts, cookies, bagels, etc. Also, I asked for a car wash, but that would have been another 45 minute wait.

A greeting by the staff upon entering the service area is always a plus at any business and the smiles and greetings occurred. All of the staff inside the dealership greeted me as we passed. There was plenty of seating in the customer wait area with comfortable seats. Waiting area was clean and a TV was on the game. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The other patrons appeared to display satisfaction to their service during their stay at the dealership.
