I always leave a good review, but I am sick of being told I need to spend $50 to replace an air cabin filter I have recently replaced for $10 on my own. It makes me question all services that are recommended. The facility itself is nice and services are completed in a reasonable amount of time.

Been there twice to fix driver side window switch not working. Still not working correctly. Clunking in rear end not fixed, pretty sure it's the ball joints but the repair people can't anything. Whirling helicopter noise in front end at speed over 30 mph and grinding noise when turning left. Still can't find the problem.

Better communicate necessities.
If something is a necessity, make it clear at the beginning. I understand I'm paying more for service from a dealership, but I'm not going to spend $1300 on air conditioning if I'm not informed that the pulley system failing will cause the car not to run. Having to take the car back for more service was an unnecessary waste of time and resources for the shop. Other than this one glaring failure of communication, service was excellent. Everyone I spoke with was highly professional and pleasant. The shuttle and courtesy car were both stellar.

Usually do good maintenance
The lug nuts weren't tightened enough when I got a tires rotated last time, causing one wheel to make concerning sounds. But I pulled into the nearest Woodhouse dealership and they corrected it, they called Woodhouse Hyundai about it for me, and Woodhouse Hyundai gave me a free oil change.

Usually do good maintenance
This time they didn't tighten the lug nuts enough after rotating my tires--one wheel was making sounds the next day. But they have done a good job on my previous maintenance visits so hopefully just a fluke.

Service Request from other dealership ignored
I took my vechicle in to have the blower motor replaced as had been identified at another authorized dealership nearer to where I live. The service was because the blower motor makes a “whirring” noise while operating. Wood house appears to avoided talking with my other dealership and instead recommend a cabin air filter replaced and clean leaves out of that area. The motor still “whirs.”

I was taken to this dealership because of my Hyundai roadside assistance, and the fact that it has to be the closest Hyundai Dealership for the towing to be covered, I don't get to chose. Upon arriving it took 30 min or more just to look up tires and after that wait I find out that none of the Hyundai Dealerships even carry the tires that they equip the 2018 models with. To my disappointment I was forced to either buy the brand they carry and have a mismnatched set or to wait 3 days and be without a car, due to them being not willing to give me a loaner car. I hesitantly chose to buy the different brand, for the simple fact I cannot be without a car for 3 days! Even though they may not stock the tires I have on my car I guarantee that the dealer ship I bought it from would do everything in it's power to make me a happy customer as they did when I bought my car!

I'm surprised at the decline in experience.
Service time was longer than expected, but I was mostly discouraged by the remarks made by the courtesy driver. Racist comments are absolutely unprofessional, unacceptable and unnecessary. Because of my experience it's questionable whether I will return to this location. Things have changed remarkably since I first started receiving service at this location. Something needs to change.

They know there is a problem but they can’t fix it without a computer code to tell them what the problem is. What happened to mechanics who could diagnose and repair problems without a computer?

Disappointed
While the folks I talked to were nice enough the service left much to be desired. The job was not complete and the dirty engine cover was thrown in my trunk on top of some of my things and not re-installed. I'm not sure how you miss something like... seeing as this is my first time coming in I'm not likely to return unless I have to.
