Brandon and the service team were great
Brandon and the service team were great to work with. They texted me updates and got me into a loaner so easily. I had several recalls as well and they got me in quick and fixed the issue. The process was super easy.

Transmission problem
I really loved everything about this vehicle and was thinking of purchasing the new model Elantra sport but I lost confidence in the reliability of the transmission in these cars.

We are very happy with our Hyundais--we're on our third one, a Kona. We first had a Santa Fe then a Sonata Hybrid. Woodhouse service has always been very good for us.

I truly appreciate Josh and the Service Center team for their exceptional service. My engine light was on and my Hyundai was struggling and running very rough. Josh got me scheduled for a diagnostic right away that Friday so they could assess the repair and I make a plan from that point. Josh and the Service Center team have always been honest and fair about when and what repairs or maintenance should be completed on my vehicle. I was so grateful they were able to find the replacement parts and squeeze me in that very day for my repairs. Josh and the Service Center team is the reason I am purchasing my next vehicle (Hyundai) from Woodhouse.

Wonderful
Every time I go to Woodhouse I get treated with respect. From the moment I bought my car over 3 years ago to every oil change. The staff is wonderful and I feel like they really take great care of me. Josh in the service department is always patient with me and doesn't push me into a service that I don't need or cant afford at the moment.

Woodhouse keeps its promise!
I have been doing business with Woodhouse Hyundai for several years and each time a service appointment is made, service personnel surprise me with their excellence in knowledge and ability to keep their word. They keep the client updated with information regarding the vehicle, and, there are no surprises when the vehicle is picked up. Excellent staff and workmanship. Never once have I been disappointed.

Questions? You bet! However, they are addressed in a professional and caring manner by the staff. Even the personnel that valets the customer to and from Woodhouse show the care and the concern demonstrated by all the team members of Woodhouse! I am more than pleased with the service at Woodhouse Hyundai...no problems here!
