It was just average. Felt like the typical up selling. I didn't really trust them but I don't think they were being deceitful. It felt like a typical car dealership. It was way too difficult to get warrenty work done and the stupid Hyundai has had a lot of recalls.

Took over 8 hours to look at my vehicle, then did not have the option for rush delivery of the part due to the time of the day. Damaged the lining inside my car door for the diagnosis when there was no need to do so. Wanted $500 to fix something when the part was less than $100 and took less than 30 minutes to fix. Very high diagnosis fees that are not deducted from the cost if you choose to have the repairs done. Next vehicle will NOT be purchased from them, and I'm not happy that they bought the Hyundai business from Baxter.

Not worth the wait unless it's a must for you to have maintenance performed by Hyundai
With all previous vehicles, I've had routine maintenance performed by my father or at a local service center that takes "walk-in" oil changes. After purchasing a new vehicle, I decided to change it up a bit. I thought it would be nice to have this Hyundai vehicle maintained at the Hyundai. This was my third oil change with Woodhouse Hyundai. Each time I had to wait longer than they told me for them to complete the oil change and that's after scheduling the appointment the week before. I will never understand how it could have possibly taken over an hour to change the oil when I showed up on time to my appointment. It's my understanding a complimentary wash/vacuum is included but that didn't even happen (due to rainy weather) for the second and third oil changes so it's not like that time needed to be factored in.

First time using Woodhouse service. Something went wrong and it wtill is not corrected.
I am not sure if I will ever use Woodhouse again. The door is better than it was after the first time but I would like it returned to its preservice condition.

I apologize for the inconvienence. I was the gentleman that adjusted the door the day you came in. I think it would be a good idea to have our body shop look at it to make the proper repair. Our body shop is located at 66th & L st. It is behind the Mazda store. They do body repairs to all makes including Hyundai, Porsche,Lincoln Mercury to name a few. When would be a good time to have them look at it?

Dissapointing
I took my car in for a recall and the ride to work made me 25 minutes late to work (even though I was there 35 minutes before work started), the service manager wrote down my phone number wrong and I was delayed being informed that my car was done and the driver was sent to the wrong address (across town) to pick me up and bring me back to the dealer. The people were very nice, but my overall experience was not the best.

When I brought my vehicle in for an oil change I was told the transmission fluid and brake fluid both needed to be flushed, which would be fine if they hadn't both been done just two months prior. Not sure if the technicians are inexperienced or if the advisors are too lazy to look at your record to see what and when things have been done.
