If the wheel repair company feels that the integrity of the repair wheel would not be up to par then they do not try and perform the repair for your safety. The Finance department does offer a tire and wheel protection plan for any future events that would cover instances like this moving forward. I came in for an oil change and it just would have been nice if they would have washed my car and vacuumed it like I asked and if they did it have the time to they should have let me know during checkout. But besides that it was fine I guess.

3 times a charm!
I went into Hyundai to have my passenger tail light looked at as it was taking on rain water. First time "we have to order the part and replace" we don't keep those in stock. Okay waited a week took it in, then replaced. The replacement took on water. I thought weird, scheduled to take it again to have looked at. Mind you all this is under warranted item repair, replaced again they had the part that time. I told them to check the spoiler on the trunk door and gaskets, okay they said. I believe they didn't look at all it took them all of about 40 minutes to change. I found strange because they told me they have to order that part. Within a 3 days from the replacement it takes on water again. So this time I scheduled the appointment had a new part ordered. Took it a day earlier asked for the Service Manager told him what I EXPECT to be done and do it, do it right. I asked to see the part. At this point I told him I had a trust issue with their service. They had time to look at that evening before my scheduled appt on Saturday so guess what they found a few things. gasket around trunk was leaking, spoiler was missing a bolt all of which was taking on water. So it took me to go all the way to the top service manager to get the quality service I should expect a dealership where I bought the car for their warranted product. So I Thank you Mr. Keith Flynne Service Manger at Hyundai Wesley Chapel for TOP NOTCH service. I expect next time your staff to be on the ball like you. Thank you Mr. Keith Flynne you have regained my trust. It is fixed and not leaking and I am happy!

Took over an hour for an oil change that I had a scheduled appointment for. Employees were sitting around in the service area, and one individual was even singing loudly. Although I love my Hyundai, I would rather pay a few extra dollars to have the work done somewhere else in a timely manner.

I reported a clicking / tapping sound coming from the front end at startup when cold and provided a recording of this sound. Also reported a rattle in the front end at high speed. Start up sound continues; no opportunity to test for rattle. Still awaiting a call re a loaner so they could keep the vehicle for further evaluation.

Great service people for the most part.
I needed a standard LOF, Tire rotation, and the lift door in the back had a hole punched in the back of it so I needed that replaced. Everyone was nice and very accomodating, with the visit taking just an hour or so which made me happy that I didn't have to wait any longer.

The guy who puts the plastic in your car and moves cars coughed straight into my car without turning his head or trying to cover his cough. When I spoke to him he just acted like it didn't matter. Not okay with me!!
