Diagnostic charge ?!
I came in with a leaky driver's door - got me wet when going thru the car wash. I also told the service writer of a 'thump' noise when I roll that window up, and it may relate to the leak. When I got my bill, I got a diagnostic charge for the leaky door and he thump noise. I feel I should have only been charged for the leak issue. I never said I was interested in getting the thump fixed.
Also, if I'm to pay for a diagnostic charge, I would expect to get the Ford part numbers that would be needed to fix my concern, not just a quote to get repairs.

2014 Explorer Sport recall visit.
Took my Explorer in for a factory recall to inspect and repair toe-in bolts or something. Took 2 months to get an appointment but received a friendly e-mail reminder and dropped it off. Repair was completed as promised (two hours) at no cost. Overall, a very professional and satisfactory experience.

Issue not resolved
I have been in a couple times to try to resolve a squeaky noise in my wheel, brakes, axle or belt. They always find something to fix but the squeak continues.

Not sure why it has been enjoyable going into the maintenance department, the friendliness of staff, or the free coffee/ hot chocolate.

At the end of our warranty period, we noticed some issues with shifting. Mike's Ford fixed it within a day (required software update).

Oil change/Key Fob malfunction
My key fob had not been functioning properly. The remote start wouldn’t work even when I stood right by it. The lock button also stopped working regularly. As usual, I take it in to be looked at (along with my routine oil change). The man that checked me in tested it right there and wouldn’t you believe it...the stupid fob worked every damn time without an issue! He was so kind and said he believed me and would look into it further. He tested the battery and it was only 2 bars out of 24. Yikes! I left my car for the day came back with a new battery in the fob (that I wasn’t charged for), tire rotation and oil changed. Really grateful to have such an awesome team working on my vehicle. Thanks guys and gals!

Service on 2016 Escape
I was very impressed to be shuttled to work and back to the dealership at the end of the day while Ford had my car all day to do an oil change and fix a bluetooth issue. I was even more thrilled that warranties covered everything & I didnt have to pay a cent. Even better, everyone in the service center was very friendly & kind!

My 2016 Lincoln MKX has suddenly had a number of issues, all of which have been covered under warrenty but all the service provided has been great. Kevyn Erbe has been very helpful and all the staff in the service bay have been friendly each and every time I've been in.

Great Service
I had an issue with my new Fusion. The service dept. was closed. The sales team and sales manager were quick to assist me. I ended up leaving my Fusion there overnight for the service team to look at in the morning. A member of the service team called me first thing in the morning to discuss the issue and they had it fixed by mid afternoon. I'm very grateful to everyone involved, their willingness to help me out and their ability to troubleshoot the issue and get it resolved quickly - thanks so much!

They did all they said the would and help me informed along the way. When things went wrong and they were not able to keep the anticipated schedule they quick to inform me and make sure I was taken care of, including transportation, doing the wait.
