As I have said excellent caring service, always so friendly, you don’t find this in most Dealerships, most dealerships try to sell you what you don’t need, I am older and a widow and I truly trust everyone I come in contact with in this Dealership and Jimmy in sales they don’t come better than Jimmy, I know he truly cares about me, I love this wonderful man

My experience with Earnhardt service department has been excellent due to: 1) easy in scheduling date/time, 2) knowledgeable reception to confirm services to be performed and time estimate, 3) quality service performed by mechanics, 4) completing of service within estimated time, 5) ease of payment for services, 6) cleaned car returned to me, 7) my vehicle performs as expected after the service.

needed a battery
Went to leave to go someplace & car wouldn't start. Roadside Service came very quickly, told about 1 hour he was at my place in less than 15 min. jump started my car & checked battery said I needed new battery. Went to Dealer for one they checked it and put a new one in no charge. I had the car 14 months said battery should last longer. no appointment in & out 25 min.

Arizona is hard on batteries, 14 months is definitely on the shorter side of battery life even here.  We do check batteries during each service visit and even with this new battery, going forward we'll be checking that battery and we hope we catch it before it fails next time - more than 14 months we would expect.

Went to the service department on a Saturday morning. Electrical warning light suddenly on. Dealership was very accomodating. Problem was diagnosed -- failed alternator -- and repaired the same day.

Great Customer Service, Terrible Timing
My accelerator bogged down on the freeway and I had to pull over for an emergency tow. Hyundai Roadside Assistance and Kelly at the dealership we’re very helpful with getting my car checked in, the process was smooth and seamless.

The problem arises with the amount of time it took to do a simple system update. I was told my car would be priority since it was an emergency situation and that it would only take 2-3 days. While Kelly was very responsive, I was the one who had to reach out to her every day to get an update. I would’ve appreciated some initiative on her part to make sure I was in the loop at all times. She did message me on her day off, so I will give her grace there.

This entire process of a simple system update took 6 days and I was without a car the entire time. A rental car or ride share assistance was NOT offered to me AND I had to pay for my Lyft ride to pick up my car. It is absolutely unacceptable for a warranty issue that was not my problem and potentially dangerous for me on the freeway. It's difficult to be totally upset however, because I was very warmly received when I arrived at the dealership. Later, when I voiced my complaints, Kelly and Michael were able to get me a reimbursement for the Lyft charge and accepted that the lack of initiative to make my warranty issue a priority would improve going forward.

Overall great customer service but terrible timing for a simple warranty issue that was not my fault.

I had excellent service at Earnhardt Hyundai on Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd.
I brought my car in for service and was warmly greeted by Kelly as soon as I walked in. She took my information and explained what was included in my service and to make myself comfortable in the waiting area, which was very nice. Comfortable seating and large screen TV. I noticed that both the waiting room and bathroom were very clean. It was all done in a timely manner. Kelly explained everything that was done with my car and was very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service I received and will definitely be bringing my vehicle back in again for my next service.

We are sorry this visit took much longer than either you or we wanted.

Ridiculous is right, our goal with our Car Care Express service is oil changes and more while you wait and our goal has been 60 minutes or less.  We have been a bit overrun here of late and have many of the same conflict and issues other service industries are having now as well.  We are working hard to get through it and we certainly hope before you next oil change we'll be back to business as usual.

We are very sorry this was a poor visit but we look forward to making it up to you in the future.

Comfortable and covid safe waiting experience
I always like getting my car serviced here. The waiting room is comfortable. 2 tvs, one w sports, the other w hgtv. Hot coffee and tea fully stocked. Comfy chairs. Liked how they removed the magazines as a covid safety precaution. And i also got my battery replaced on my key fob for free while i waited. Always great service.

I go to Earnhardt because my car is under warranty and they offer every other visit free (much like Bombas socks, except you actually benefit). It’s a nice place, which is good because they will keep you there for awhile.

Most things are better than a poke in the eye that is for sure and we do not expect to be quite as thrilling as a tax return either, but we do strive to deliver great service for you and your Palisade.  Without a doubt, we have been busier than usual lately and while our goal is 60 minutes or less for a service and a wash, these days that has been a challenge.  Let us all hope that before your next service we're back in form and Kelly will be able to move your Palisade swiftly through.
