I have a Hyundai Motor America Case#: 18489150 but Hyundai does not reply or respond on reimbursing me for the oil that I have had to buy twice for the free service interval.

Its a known top car dealership
The service department did a good job on my air conditioning unite, all where polite and kept me informed of the matter. As far as getting my extended warranty book or paper work to explain what I paid extra for, I have yet to get any proof. I’ve asked for more than once.
