Continued improved service
This is my third service with Torrington Hyundai and there is little to complain about. The service advisor was prompt and friendly and explained what was to be done that day and the approximate time it would take. He did say there was a recall - I would have liked to have known that prior to coming in (I'm not sure why I wasn't notified when the recall came out) - that would be taken care of. I had to ask what it was instead of him freely providing the information. My car was ready when promised and in great condition.

Brought my new CPO Tuscon in for its first oil change. I had a grinding noise in the front end that the techs were able to track down and fix while I was there. Always great to deal with and friendly service to boot. Love Torrington Hyundai

These folks have provided me the best service all around. I purchased a new Hyundai in 2017 and have never had regrets. The service from sales to maintenance has been excellent. I have ( unfortunately ) used the body shop as well and again the service was top notch. They even had the ability to provide me with a rental when my car was in the body shop and on occasion a shuttle to work.
One stop shopping .

Everything went well with the exception of climate control I was informed that my 2019 Tucson had it which it DID NOT
From what I found out is that all the salesman were informed that all Tucson’s had this feature
They do not. It was not the fault of the salesmen I believe
Other than that Torrington Hyundia people were fantastic

The visit was very routine. Presumably, the car was appropriately serviced pursuant to Hyundai’s requirements. It was returned promptly and in the same condition as when it was turmoil over to the dealership.

Oil change
Service was quick. They were to call me as soon as the car was done, but they didn't do so until I already had the car for over 3 hrs. I don't know if this was because I was there when the car was ready but I find it strange. Didn't see the kid taking the car into the service bay wear a mask and don't know if it was wiped down after due to precautions for Covid. Also was not told of any precautions. I wiped the car down myself just to make sure.
