Staff were excellent to deal with. Original scheduled date had to be rescheduled due to lack of technicians that day, but I was notified a few days before and was able to easily reschedule. Website for initially scheduling service online is pretty confusing and frustrating, but I was able to discuss with someone at the dealership beforehand to correct the service details. I would not use that again.

Thank you for your review. I reviewed the appointment that you made and is was for the factory 15000 mile service which is normally $239.95. Your Hyundai plan pays for a portion of that including the oil change and tire rotation. Larry your advisor believes he explained this to you prior to work being performed. I'm sorry for the confusion. please advise me when you dropped it off what was said to you in regards to your responsibility. Thank you.

Problem with repair
Although service dept quickly rectified problem, car was originally returned to me in dangerous condition.
I've had all work on my 2008 Hyundai performed at this dealer and this is first time I've had a problem like this. Mistakes happen, so I will be back. Hopefully, work will be checked more closely after this experience.

Poor communication
This service dept does not notify customers when there is a problem with appointment times or parts coming in. If customer service tells you the service dept is going to call you, don’t hold your breath. You will be calling them back. Don’t be surprised if you have an appt set up, drive there, and are told that you can just go home because the part they ordered isn’t in. “Maybe by next week”. It is unprofessional and disrespectful to have your customers drive around town (in a car that needs service) for no reason.

Less than impressed
I had a wonderful experience purchasing my certified used santa fe test drove and put down payment on a Friday, and following day, drove off with the car. I was told I could bring the car in to have a second key made, but as it turns out the key guy was only avail on Tuesdays for a few hours, which of course I am unavailable to make, but they would have him call me to set up an appointment or have my car picked up (has not happened). On that same day I asked them to look into a speaker that sounded like garbage, the sound couldn't be reproduced on the spot and was told it was most likely the plastic in the door vibrating or from either XM or bluetooth with strong signals. I was not very impressed at all.

Good Morning, 

Let me first say that an oil change duration is one hour and wiper blades are around 15-20 minutes depending on the difficulties taking them off and putting them on.  Neither are excessive and the times allowed are standard within the field. I'm not sure what you were expecting but the standard times mentioned above allow the technician to perform a professional job on a customers vehicle. Your advisor read your survey and recalls mentioning to you that the service would take an hour to an hour and one half.  Maybe there was some type of communication issue present. As part of our process I'm sending you a re-score survey. Should you givbe the advisor 5 stars the average score would come to a 4. 4 is still a failure on the advisors part and after speaking with him about your comments, he understands the importance of the customer knowing what the waiting time is.

Thank you for your review. Not sure what happened with your service visit just confused with some of the comments made regarding cleanness. The whole dealership was cleaned the night before your arrival and bathrooms fully stocked also we offer coffee and water and FREE wifi. Car washing is performed if you ask us on your visit we do not wash every car. The service lounge has brand new furniture that is less than a year old. Recall problem
Car brought in for a recall of possible problem. Knock sensor is apparently utilized to determine if the recall issue is present. Car given back to me and reported to me that it’s problem free. A couple of days later, knock sensor fails and I had vehicle towed back. Sorry, parts shortage. No knock sensors available. Sitting at dealership with no end in sight. No car. Sorry I brought it in in the first place.

Scamming customers into getting services they do not need!
Basically what the title says. They tried to scam me into getting repair/replace work for things (air filters and tires) that I legitimately had done at another shop only a week before. I went to this location only because I needed some recalls taken care of.

Word of advice, when they inevitably come out with your air filters to show you how dirty they are and tell you that you need to replace them, ask them to show you where those filters came from, and if you can watch them put them back in. Any reputable and honest shop/mechanic will have no problem showing you.

Thank you Brandon for your review. The tech in question is our shop foreman for 12 years I cannot accuse him with no evidence. So I have my IT guy pulling up the cameras to see what took place. In the interim can you fax me a copy of this previous service visit to help me decide what took place showing the filters and tires changed? Let me know. Thank you.
