Thank you for your review. I reviewed the appointment that you made and is was for the factory 15000 mile service which is normally $239.95. Your Hyundai plan pays for a portion of that including the oil change and tire rotation. Larry your advisor believes he explained this to you prior to work being performed. I'm sorry for the confusion. please advise me when you dropped it off what was said to you in regards to your responsibility. Thank you.

Good Afternoon, We've read you survey and have attempted to contact you via telephone but the individual that answered stated you have not lived there for some time. Let me first say that an oil change duration is one hour and wiper blades are around 15-20 minutes depending on the difficulties taking them off and putting them on. Neither are excessive and the times allowed are standard within the field. I'm not sure what you were expecting but the standard times mentioned above allow the technician to perform a professional job on a customers vehicle. Your advisor read your survey and recalls mentioning to you that the service would take an hour to an hour and one half. Maybe there was some type of communication issue present. As part of our process I'm sending you a re-score survey. Should you givbe the advisor 5 stars the average score would come to a 4. 4 is still a failure on the advisors part and after speaking with him about your comments, he understands the importance of the customer knowing what the waiting time is.
Thank you for your review. Not sure what happened with your service visit just confused with some of the comments made regarding cleanness. The whole dealership was cleaned the night before your arrival and bathrooms fully stocked also we offer coffee and water and FREE wifi. Car washing is performed if you ask us on your visit we do not wash every car. The service lounge has brand new furniture that is less than a year old.
