I’ve bought six cars at this dealership, but never had them serviced there because of the distance from my home. But the free service was too good to pass up. And the treated me just like a paying customer%!

Good Customer Service at Joe Machens Hyundai.
Having problems with my car like it was going to die. Called Joe Machens Hyundai, spoke with Justin, said for me to bring it in. He stated “that he knew what the problem was-the Ignition Coil!” They fixed it. I was there for about 30 to 40 minutes tops. I TRULY appreciate Justin working me in. “Such WONDERFUL customer service!!” Thank you once again Justin and your team. I also thank Jehovah God that it was covered under warranty!!!
