San Tan Hyundai sells inferior products.
I paid $100 for a battery that only had an 18 month warranty. For the same amount of money, you can buy a battery at Sears with a 36 month warranty.

Oil Change
Marco's customer service was on point but this is the 3rd issue I've had with oil changes. The first time was December 2015 and oil filter was not put in correctly. I had to go back and have it re-done. I did not know about the leaking until a few weeks later. I came in June of 2016 for an oil change and somehow a gasket burst and "supposedly" leaked oil to alternator. I think it was from the previous oil change but when I left the dealership, my car passed its all points check. I had to replace an alternator and gaskets. I had no issue rest of 2016 until I brought it in June 2017. O ring wasn't placed correctly and had to have them re-do it. I had to bring it back again because oil was still leaking. It wasn't power cleaned right so they did that. Austin helped with that and was good. So I've had good customer service experience but the past few years, had many issues with oil changes. Very, very reluctant to come back for any service.

Thank you for your business and your review.  When you booked your appointment online, it was for the 52,500 mile service.  This service includes an oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter replacement, and a multi point inspection.  We performed all of these services for you except the replacement of your cabin air filter.  We inspected your cabin air filter during the inspection and your filter was in good shape and did not need to be replaced yet, so we did not replace it.  We don't ever want to do any work that is not needed, and that was the case with your cabin air filter.  Being we did not replace your filter, there was not any charge for it either.

2013 Elantra Limited GPS is garbage... And Dealer handling was worse... Four stars was because oil change went fine.
I bought a 2013 Elantra and paid $4,000 more for the Limited for the built in GPS. Problem is that it is WORSE than my $100 GPS system.
It sends me on a route that IS NOT the fastest... and once it stops trying to make me take a U-Turn it re-calculates the arrival time as quicker than the route it wanted to take me (so it KNOWS my route is faster than it's). Also no breadcrumb feature, etc that my $100 GPS has.
Next issue: I was promised free lifetime updates, like many GPS systems do. NOPE. Service manager said it was around $250 EACH TIME I want to update the GPS, and that he uses his phone for directions.
I contacted Hyundai Customer Service, and all they did was 'assign the case to the dealer sales manager'.
After calling the sales manager four times all he did was 'refer it to the dealer general manager'.
He never called me back, so I stopped in his office at the next oil change.
All he did was say "I use my phone for directions" and "I ain't paying for that... If anything the sales person will have to pay for it."
Great.... make me out to be the bad guy because Hyundai sales training was deficient.

i understand you get a car wash with the oil change but car came back filthy and not even vacuumed and windows dirty. find a cheaper place to have oil changed.

Thank you for your business and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.  I am sorry to hear you feel our pricing is high and we did not meet your expectations.

We try to be competitive with our oil change pricing, which is $34.98 for our standard oil change.  We do use synthetic blend oil and a factory engineered and designed oil filter standard on our oil change services.  It also comes with a multi point inspection and a complimentary car wash, which is an exterior wash only.

We definitely don't want you to be un happy with your car wash.  If you are in the area any time soon, please swing by and we would be more than happy to re wash your vehicle for you.
