Good job, but a little slow
It took an hour and a half for an oil chsnge. Thought it would take less time, my son kept saying "we should have gone to Jiffy Lube.*. Maybe he was right, might not come back for an oil change.

While at times it is very difficult to reach the service department by telephone, once you do reach them things flow very smoothly. I had a dead battery so after being towed to the dealer and replacement of the battery -- under warranty : ) apparently the anti-theft system needed some additional attention - or - maybe there is a failure?? I scheduled another visit for 1/14/19. By the way - KUDOS to Hyundai Roadside Assistance - it saved me a LOT of headaches and $$$

Battery Replacement/Routine MX
The customer service rep, Mario, did a great job of communicating with me on the status of my vehicle. I left the vehicle, 2012 Azera, overnight for a battery change and other routine maintenance. After picking up the vehicle, I realized that all preset AM/FM/Sirius stations had been dropped. This did not happen during my last battery change with the dealership. Hope they regain the expertise to accomplish this next time.

acceptable service
needed to have my six month service done. this included the auto butler and an oil change. was told it would take 3 to 5 hours but approximately 2.5 hours later they came and said it was done ??? thats what my invoice shows. questioned the fastness. sometimes wonder if the auto butler was really performed. bird droppings and other dirt still on the car.

Good morning.  Thank you for responding to our survey.  We try to allow ourselves as much time as possible with the auto butler.  It can be done in a relatively short time.  However if you feel that it was not done, I will be glad to meet with you or even have it performed again.  Please understand it is a paint treatment and not a detail.  We perform a quick wash but we do not scrub off hard to remove spots. Good afternoon.  Thank you for responding to our survey.  We appreciate it.  Please feel free to contact me regarding your concern.  The Auto Butler is a paint treatment to protect against oxidization, acid rain, etc...  It does not prevent scuff marks and unfortunately it is not meant to remove scuffs.  Depending on the severity of the marks, we are always willing to assist within our capabilities.  Again, I will be glad to talk with you and/or take a look at your concerns.  I hope to hear from you.  Have a great weekend.

problems
battery replacement was fine, but service person failed to reattach the latches on the air cleaner cover causing a sucking noise as soon as i got out on the highway. Also, the air conditioner controls had all been changed and the "auto" setting for head lights was changed to off. The light setting change had happened before so i caught it before driving at night with no lights on, which happened to me after the last service was performed and is dangerous .

The oil change service and the people involved in the process were friendly and available. I got out in a timely manner. However during my wait, I received a text about a report on my vehicle recommending some services I need to get done like an air cabin filter. But when I was called to check out, no one told me verbally or explained to me about the additional services my car needs. So the communication needed some improvement.
