Excellent Service.
I bought my Tuscon used at another local dealer. I had called Fletcher Hyundai about an air conditioning cooling problem and was informed there was a recall on the temperature sensor. I was able to get an appointment in just two days, which was excellent because it was hot. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted immediately by Mike Seriago. The attention I received while there was top notch. He addressed all my concerns with professionalism. I was very impressed with the dealership and had made up my mind before I left that I would definitely return for all future service on my Tuscon. After my initial review the service manager and staf contacted me immediately with an apology and a course of corrective action. In addition the Dealership compt an oil change and car wash, thank you but not necessary. The guys were great.

Our purchase experience was my very good but we would try them again.
It was a good experience however, I had to pull over and latch the hood after I left the dealership. In addition, there was lubricant on the steering wheel as well as the dash. I was remiss in notifying the service manager.

I had to be at my college at 11am for an appointment so I made my oil change appointment earlier (by a couple of hours) so I could make sure I had the time, since at most places it takes a couple of hours, and I wasn’t sure how long they would take since this was a new car and a new servicing place (first time for me). They took about 30 minutes and had me in and out of there in an AWESOME, quick, and courteous manner. I definitely appreciate their respect for not only me as a customer but to the other customers as well whom I’m sure also have busy days as well.
