Mike Southern is very car savoy and helps me maintain my car. He explains what needs to get done at certain mileage and what I can do daily to keep my Hyundai running smoothly. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else or take anyone else's advise. Thanks Mike!!

Excellent custom service!
Michael Southern helped me with my Hyundai and took the time to explain what needs to get done and what doesn't.
Other car repair shops try to sell me more service and Mike ran tests on only car to help save me time and money. Mike explained when and what services will need to get done and what to expect. He was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I was happy to know I didn't need more work on my car when I thought I did. I will be taking my car back to Earnhardt Hyundai for sure.

Excellent staff in the Service Department.
Guess it all starts at the top, with Mark Rushford, the GM. He sure can be proud of his fine employees in the Service Dept. Michael Southern, his Manager there is friendly, professional, & extremely knowledgeable. He & his staff made my visit a breeze. From the service writers to the techs I spoke with, everyone seemed to be "on their game". Don't know how they do it, but it was refreshing to see people take customer service so seriously. Will definitely be back.
