left my car dirtier than they found it.
When I picked up my car after 5 days and over 400 dollars they didn't wash it, left a drink cup in it and left greasy hand prints on the inside of the drivers door.

Well the only person I've dealt with lately is Mario. My wife chatted with a salesman while waiting and said he was quite pleasant. They both deserve a raise in pay and some time off.
It's handy, efficient, personable staff, clean facility. Mediocre coffee (which is always better than none) I didn't have time to test it last time as you were too efficient.

Commitment to Quality
I came in for a routine oil change. During the inspection of the vehicle the dealership found a small oil leak due to a defect that occurred when the vehicle was made in the factory. I am grateful that they discovered the problem early instead of later. It will take considerable work to fix the problem but the dealership insists on repairing it properly. I am impressed with Hyundai's commitment to quality maintenance. And it's all covered under the warranty.
