service department completed oil change .Paul was very helpful .Several times I called and wanted to pick up my card I left messages with office no ne returned my call .I then got a ride in to pick up my car and when I was walking in at 2:45 p m p m Paul was calling to tell me the card was finished .I booked the appointment a 15 days ahead of my appointment .drop off the car Sunday .I left my key and a taped note with instructions in drop box to call when done. None of that happened ,Very poor phone communications from support staff.

Tamiami Hyundai service assiciates are notr truthful.
The service associate lied to me whan I asked if the computer update they performed included an update to the navigation. Service manager did not seem to care. I updated the navigation myself after Hyundai sent me a USB flash drive (for $25).

My issue with Hyundai!!!!!
Just very disappointed in, how lease was set up. My lease is up April 2021. I specifically asked Salesman and the woman in the office, who wrote up the lease, when I had to have autopay, taken out even if I had to pay more that very day. I spoke with Remy, who said I shouldn t have waited till this late in time to deal with these late fees. I ve never missed a payment on the lease, nor my three yr. 2015 lease. I spoke to finance and dealership right away a few months after signing this lease. They ...the dealership, and Hyundai Corporate, keep passing the buck, after several phone calls, I was assured it was fine. Then, a month or so ago, I was sent a letter stating, I have $434.?? In late fees, and they will pick up my car at my residence. I should not have this burden, when I spoke to both, the day I signed the lease back in April, 2018. I ve recently received from Credit Karma this is a BLACK MARK ON MY CREDIT, AND MY RATING HAS DECREASED. HOW UNFAIR, WHEN I CAN T GET ANY HELP FROM EITHER.

I went to get an oil change and told them I knew of the low tire pressure and would get it done at another shop I had use before. They informed me oh they could take a look at it, they returned and said they couldn’t take care of it and I informed them it was okay I was on my way to another shop. What they did not inform me was that they removed the nail and I have a flat tire while driving on the road. I called the assistance service manager and he said he could only help me to an extent. I asked that he have the manger call me I was told they would and haven’t heard from them in three days. Very shameful that you would treat paying customers this way and put my life at jeopardy will not return.

Very slow service!
This is the second time the service here has disappointed me. I have owned 3 Hyundais from two different dealers. The one in Wisconsin is great. This one isn't. Last year it took me close to 2 hours just to get an oil change. When I left a critical review, the new service manager called me, apologized, and said he would put a note in my record that my next oil change would be at no charge. I told him he didn't have to do that, but thanked him nonetheless. When I went back recently for the second oil change the tech told me no such thing was in the record. Obviously either he, or the service manager, wasn't being honest with me. They then proceeded to take almost 2 hours again, for a simple oil change. They blamed it on Covid-19, but that doesn't explain why the first one, about a year earlier, took the same amount of time. They're just very slow. I prefer to have my dealer service the car I bought from them, but I'll have to find a reliable oil change place to handle this relatively simple task in a reasonable amount of time.

An Endless Wait
We had a scheduled appointment for a reoccurring problem with squeaking brakes that had been previously serviced approximately a month before.
We waited 90 minutes after checking in and no one even had the courtesy to acknowledge our presence. Multiple attempts to speak with a service manager went unanswered. We finally left with the problem unresolved.
