Well done and no extra sudden charges
It was handled well and quickly. My only complaint was the loaner which had had the windows cleaned badly on the inside, Driving into the sun was like driving in a whiteout. I couldn't see anything and finding a place we to pull over and clean the front window was dangerous. I went several miles before this happened. I informed the dealer of this. But the service has been top notch and very meticulous. This is my only complaint. I am very happy and will return in a few years to buy more Hyundai's!

I apologize, ma'am, we do wash vehicles upon request. This process takes around 30 minutes as we hand wash our car's, please lets us know and we will definitely do that for you.

Stand by your automible
I was greatly impressed by Hyundai's Guarantee on my 2012 Hyundai Sonata. My engine was the 2.4 L which was on a recall. I was over the 120,000 mile guarantee when my engine broke. Hyundai still honored the guarantee and replaced my engine.

Great Service as always!
I love working with Jimmy. I always get great customer service. This trip I had a weird creaking noise that had been going on for some time. Turns out it was a pebble somewhere it shouldn't have been. They removed it and there was no charge other than my scheduled oil change and inspection. Honesty is definitely their policy! They could have easily said it was something more serious, but didn't.
