Customer service personnel are fantastic!
Both Steve and Danielle are awesome customer service reps. They are both knowledgeable, professional, and personable. It was a pleasure to deal with them during the holidays when so many folks are cranky or just don't give a darn about anything or anyone. These folks are KEEPERS in my book!

Best place to service a Hyundai!
I am on my third Hyundai and have never had them serviced anywhere else. Brought my car in today for new tires. The experience was great as usual. Steve and his team met all expectations and answered all my questions regarding upcoming service needs for my car.

Got a bad battery 11 mouths ago, car would not start. Had to call roadside service, to get it started. Way right away to dealer, said my battery was bad Replace it with new one so they told me, at no cost.

So I have been here a few times and for a dealer they are reasonable on price and the service is good and timely. Normally I just use parts because I tend to do my own work. This rating is down 1 star because the new hire in parts was not trained. Instead of wasting time waiting on the supervisor I paid the shop to fix it. Parts opened late and lacked skill so I put 4 star. Service is always five star every time you deal with them.

It only reflects on your Advisor's (Steve) performance and unfortunately anything less than 5 Stars is a failure on his part. They are very friendlly and respectful to me.
I come to Hyundai for service to my car because they know the car and they listen to me when I tell them I hear noises or whatever. I feel Steve and everyone there respect my wishes.
