Explain charges more thoroughly
Prices were high for what I had done. When they explained what had to be done, they didn't include tax. When they were explaining what I needed done I thought the fluid change was included in the price he gave me. Good thing I opted for not doing the one fluid change(didn't have to be done yet) because I thought it was included,the way he explained it.

Exceptional service
I am from Florida and was visiting Pennsylvania. The service person Mr. Enerhardt was extremely helpful. He explained all my options with regards to my issue and immediately had my vehicle in the service bay. Before I knew it I was informed that my vehicle was ready. I could not have had a better experience.

2 hours for a scheduled oil change. Was one month late for free oil change with only 2,500 miles on new vehicle so it cost me $80. Would have been less expensive and faster to have it serviced elsewhere.

We are in the process of making some changes here at the dealership.
I apologize that you are catching us during those changes. 
Like, we will be building a automated car wash so we can wash all cars in a timely manner.
We just changed our hours of operation to be more available for our customers. This has led into 
some appointment challenges.
